Remuneration System for Executive and Supervisory Board Members
The total remunerations for the members of the Executive Board consist of fixed components and
amounts to KEUR 180 during the fiscal year 2009/2010. Variable components do not exist. The fixed salary
components paid to the members of the Executive Board comprise also benefits such as company
cars as well as other equipment and service necessary to fulfill their duties.

Dr. Wolfgang Neuberger 0 0
Due to the “offset rule” of §3 of the employment contract with Dr. Wolfgang Neuberger his remuneration
of KEUR 180 granted by contract for his functions as the executive director of the foreign subsidiaries of
the biolitec AG were taken into account. Hence he does not receive remuneration from biolitec AG.
As a rule, contracts for members of the Executive Board run for a five-year period. They do not comprise
any special provisions to cover early termination of the contract.
The company does not provide pension benefits.
The total benefits to the members of the Supervisory Board amount to KEUR 90 during the fiscal year
2009/2010. No variable remuneration granted.
