10. Transactions with related parties or persons<br />
Pursuant to IAS 24, persons and companies that might be influenced by an entity or can influence an<br />
entity are defined as Related Parties.<br />
Business transactions between <strong>biolitec</strong> <strong>AG</strong> and its subsidiaries, that are related parties, have been eliminated<br />
in the course of consolidation. Hence they will not be explained in these notes. Transactions with<br />
subsidiaries and related persons, which are entered in the balance sheet of the <strong>biolitec</strong> group as continued<br />
acquisition costs are of minor importance.<br />
There were no further transactions between associated companies and related persons in the business<br />
year <strong>2009</strong>/<strong>2010</strong> besides the following transactions:<br />
- Current receivables of <strong>biolitec</strong> resulting from a finance transfer amounting to KEUR 720.8<br />
The accounts receivable are not subject to interests due to their short-termed accounting character.
