The BioMed Technology Holdings Ltd., Labuan, Malaysia, notified us pursuant to § 41 II WpHG that the<br />
proportion of voting rights it holds in <strong>biolitec</strong> <strong>AG</strong>, Winzerlaer Str. 2, 07745 Jena, Germany<br />
(ISIN:DE0005213409, WKN:521340), amounted in total to 78.01 % (= 7,813,000 voting rights) on 1 April<br />
2002.<br />
Dr. Wolfgang Neuberger, Dubai, notified us pursuant to §41 II WpHG that the proportion of voting rights<br />
he holds in <strong>biolitec</strong> <strong>AG</strong>, Winzerlaer Str. 2, 07745 Jena, Germany (ISIN:DE0005213409, WKN:521340),<br />
amounted to 78.01 % (= 7,813,000 voting rights) on 1 April 2002. The voting rights belong to BioMed<br />
Technology Holdings Ltd. and according to §22 I, sentence 1 N°1 WpHG are fully attributable to him.<br />

ICF Kursmakler <strong>AG</strong><br />
On December 4, 2007, the ICF Kursmakler <strong>AG</strong>, Frankfurt am Main / Germany notified us pursuant to §22<br />
I WpHG that the proportion of voting rights it holds in <strong>biolitec</strong> <strong>AG</strong>, Winzerlaer Str. 2, 07745 Jena / Germany<br />
(ISIN:DE0005213409, WKN:521340), exceeded the 3 % threshold on 30 November 2007 and<br />
amounted to 4.76 % (500,750 rights to vote).<br />
Also on December 4, 2007 the ICF Kursmakler <strong>AG</strong>, Frankfurt am Main / Germany notified us pursuant to<br />
§22 I WpHG that the proportion of voting rights it holds in <strong>biolitec</strong> <strong>AG</strong>, Winzerlaer Str. 2, 07745 Jena /<br />
Germany (ISIN:DE0005213409, WKN:521340) fell below the 3 % threshold again and as of 4 December<br />
2007 amounts to 0.00 % (0 rights of vote).
