The information above is based on future minimum leasing payments for binding operating leasing
agreements. The rental and leasing payments resulting from binding rental and leasing agreements for
the fiscal year amount to KEUR 2,022 (previous year: KEUR 1,324) The rental payments are for the leased
premises.
The leasing agreements are standard contracts for leasing vehicles, operating and office equipment,
and other technical equipment such as lasers. The terms of the agreements are typically three to five
years.
7. Notes to the consolidated cash flow statement
7.1. Composition of the cash fund
The cash and cash equivalents mainly comprise of deposits at bank accounts. All funds are accessible
without restrictions.
7.2. Transactions involving non-cash items
The majority of transactions involving non-cash items is composed of deconsolidation results from discontinued
operations amounting to KEUR 1,077 (previous year: KEUR 0) as well as changes in equity
(KEUR 1,351, previous year: KEUR 142).
Non-cash item investments are activation of fixed assets which previously had been recognized as current
assets amounting to KEUR 1,922 (previous year: KEUR 1,965).
7.3. Transactions from discontinued operations
Discontinued operations comprise of dormant companies without business activities. Therefore no
transactions of cash items are separately recognized within the cash flow statement. Same applies to
losses of discontinued operations.
