Taxes
Provisions for taxes mainly comprise of provisions for income taxes, but also include provisions for other
types of taxes.
Staff
Provisions for personnel commitments include all personnel expenses that are not directly linked to
work performances because the employee has worked in advance in the past business year (accruals for
unused vacation). Furthermore potential outstanding payment obligations for the Supervisory Board
are listed.
Expenses relating to the preparation of the annual financial Statements
The provisions for expenses relating to the preparation of the annual financial statements mainly consist
of outstanding external obligations from the audits of the financial statements, cost incurring for
the preparation of tax returns as well as expenses relating to the annual meeting.
Other accrued expenses
Other accrued expenses mainly comprise provisions for outstanding invoices and for miscellaneous liabilities.
The provisions are current liabilities that are basically due in the subsequent fiscal year.
There are no claims for refunds to offset the provisions.

The investments amounting to KEUR 26 (previous year: KEUR 26) are financial instruments of the category
„available for sale securities.“ Other loans amounting to KEUR 833 (previous year: KEUR 1,008) are
of the category „loans and receivables.“ Evaluation is done at acquisition costs.
The other financial assets amounting to KEUR 503 (previous year: KEUR 0) are a short-term fixed-interest
Greek state bond in Euro which was sold at profit after the accounting date. The other financial assets
amounting to KEUR 3,139 (previous year: KEUR 2,002) are short-term financial assets evaluated at acquisition
cost.
