Investor Relations
The communication with institutional and private investors has a high value for biolitec. Accordingly,
the investor relations activities were of top priority in the covered financial year. Current information
about the company like financial statements, press reports, ad-hoc reports and the financial calendar
can be retrieved on our website www.biolitec.de.
In the covered financial year biolitec again participated in numerous conferences and congresses which
interested private and institutional investors and analysts could find out in detail about the situation,
aims and strategy of the company. Thus the management of the biolitec AG was available for questions
to the interested investors by participating in several investor’s conferences at home and abroad.
Inter alia, biolitec presented itself in autumn 2009 with big success in the analyst’s conference of the
German Equity Forum in Frankfurt. The positive feedback on the presentations shows that the achievements
of biolitec are also positively judged by professionals on the financial markets.
The annual general meeting of biolitec, which took place on 17 November 2009 at the conference room
of the Scala Tower Restaurant located in the Intershop Tower in Jena, was attended by 82 stockholders.
79.14% of the share capital was present at the general meeting. The general meeting has accepted all
proposed resolutions of the executive board with a vast majority (vote results of more than 99.8%).
