● Steigende Spitzendrücke, größere Elementdurchmesser, 

neue Einspritzpumpentypen und Einspritzsysteme 

(z. B. Hubschieberpumpe) führen zu 

steigenden Anforderungen und damit zur Leistungserhöhung 

der Prüfstände: EPS 807 (7,5 kW), 

EPS 815 (15 kW). 

● 12-Zylinder-Meßeinrichtung garantiert universellen 

Einsatz. 

● Umwelt und Bedienerfreundlichkeit wird durch 

Öldampf-Ölnebel-Reduzierung erreicht. 

● Hervorragende Rundlaufeigenschaften und 

Drehzahlstabilität sorgen für hohe Wiederholungsgenauigkeit 

speziell während des Einspritzvorgangs: 

– Direktantrieb 

– große Schwungmasse = 1,5 kgm 2 

– extrem kurze Drehzahlregelzeit < 200 µs 

● Hoher Bedienkomfort und hohe Meßgenauigkeit: 

– Drehzahlregelung < ± 0,25% ± 1 Digit

● Wartungsfreier Antrieb mit hohem Wirkungsgrad. 

● Der Gewichtsausgleich bei der Höhenverstellung 

der Meßeinrichtung erleichtert die Arbeit wesentlich. 

● Längere Standzeiten, da keine Nachbiegearbeiten 

an den Prüfleitungen nötig sind (die Meßeinrichtung 

kann in allen drei Ebenen verstellt werden). 

● Für einfache Bedienung sorgen: integrierte 

Drehzahlmesser, Hubzähler und Temperaturregler.

The first question

Zwei Meßsysteme: MGT und KMA im Vergleich 

Bei der mechanischen Mengen-Meßeinrichtung MGT 824 

können zur schnellen Prüfung weitere 2 x 12 Meßgläser 

(44 ml und 260 ml) eingesetzt werden. Durch Schwenken 

und Querverschiebung des Meßglasträgers wird der Prüfstand 

allen Prüfanforderungen gerecht. 

Für größere Einspritzpumpen besteht außerdem die Möglichkeit, 

den Meßglasträgereinsatz mit jeweils 12 Meßgläsern 

á 155 ml und 600 ml auszutauschen (SZB). 

Nach jedem Prüfvorgang müssen alle Werte von den Meßgläsern 

einzeln abgelesen und ins jeweilige Prüfprotokoll 

eingetragen werden. 

The mechanical MGT 824 Fuel-delivery measuring device 

can also be equipped with a further 2 x 12 measuring glasses 

(44 ml and 260 ml) to speed up testing. By swivelling 

and moving the measuring-glass carrier crosswise, the test
