1. 10 years from now, with what do you want to make your money
Running my own design studio and a concept cafe. Or if not, at least something
that makes me happy.
2. In what kind of position do you see yourself in, 10 years from now (Freelancer, employed,
leading position, own business, field of work)
I see myself as an owner of my own business.
3. Where do you see your responsibility as a designer
Maintaining beauty in the world, solving problems that are within my control
and influence.
4. What are your strengths And what can you still improve on
I think I have a good sense of aesthetic and hopefully good design thinking.
I definitely could improve on my hard skills such as CADing, sketching and
model making.
5. In which region or in which country would you like to live and work
Somewhere in the west for awhile, maybe New York. But I‘ll be definitely come
home to Singapore in the end.
6. How do you see your family live and in what relation do you see it to your job
I imagine there will be good balance between family and work. If I am running
my own business, I would be able to make my own decisions in terms of time
management to ensure that my family will not be forgotten. I do see my wife
working in the same field or a related field so that we would have a lot in common
in terms of work.
7. How much do you REALISTICLY want to make when you start working
S$ 2500
8. Are you happy with your career choice
Very. I don‘t see myself doing anything not related to design.
