the standard<br />
Modern energy markets have<br />
standardised electronic data exchange<br />
and processing of commercial<br />
data. The wide variations<br />
between metering<br />
equipment became<br />
irksome because<br />
the <strong>meters</strong> had to<br />
be standardised<br />
prior to a successful<br />
data process exchange<br />
<strong>with</strong> third<br />
parties.<br />
In many cases, the<br />
measurement of<br />
energy consumption<br />
and the registration<br />
of values in<br />
standard mode on<br />
site is sufficient to<br />
meet most standard<br />

The processing of<br />
these values into a<br />
central IT system<br />
is the main goal<br />
today. The new<br />
