Visitors’ Services
Airport Tours for Visitors Deciding on the spot (no advance booking
required)
As single person, family or small group consisting of less than 25 persons
you can take a 45 minute airport tour without having to book in ad -
vance. You can buy your ticket at the tour desk in the Airport City Mall
Frankfurt, Terminal 1, Level 0. The tours start daily at 1300, 1400, 1500
and 1600 hours. On weekends, holidays and during the school summer
vacation period in the State of Hesse the tours already start at 1100 and
1200 hours. The tour desk is open daily from 1000 to 1700 hours.
For Groups (advanced booking required)
For groups of 25 persons and more various tours are offered lasting from
45 minutes to 3 hours. Advance booking is required.
Visitors’ Terrace
The Visitors’ Terrace in Terminal 2 is open daily from 1000 to 1800
hours from April to November.

Visitors and passengers who want to use their mobile devices to check
e-mails quickly or to surf the Internet can enjoy 30-minutes of free W-LAN
access at Frankfurt Airport (FRA). W-LAN access beyond 30-minutes is

Wrapping Services
Wrapping services for baggage are offered at the following locations of
FraSec – the company in charge of baggage storage. Terminal 1, Departures,
between Hall B and Hall C, level 2, open daily from 0600 to 2200
hours; Terminal 1, Arrivals, Hall B, level 1, open 24 hours daily; Termi -
nal 2, Arrivals, Hall D, level 2, open daily from 0600 to 2200 hours.
