Patienten unter ASS/Clopidogrel-Medikation nach koronarer Stentimplantation bedürfen einer intensiven interdisziplinären Betreuung durch Anästhesiologen bzw. Hämostaseologen, Operateur und Kardiologen. Ein besonderer Wert ist auf die detaillierte Aufklärung aller Patienten mit ASS/Clopidogrel-Therapie zu legen, da alle möglichen Umstellungsmaßnahmen der plättchenhemmenden Medikation derzeit die Kriterien des „Off-Label-Use“ erfüllen.
