What started in 2001 as a research project of the Fraunhofer Institute for<br />
Material Flow and Logistics, has now - jointly coordinated, with Linogistix<br />
GmbH - proved itself in the market. Julia Wollenweber and Andreas Trautmann<br />
introduced myWMS to their colleagues.<br />

MyWMS is a Warehouse Management System<br />
(WMS for short) which operates on a simple<br />
modular system. "MyWMS offers the customer<br />
all essential services of warehouse management.<br />
MyWMS is an Open Source project and<br />
can always vary because the source code is disclosed<br />
and Java is used. It also allows an immediate<br />
reaction to the changing market conditions",<br />
explains Julia Wollenweber at the start.<br />
