The feeling for fashion
The handling of textiles is one of the premium disciplines
in logistics. For ITG it is a core competence
with more than 25 years of experience. Many major
labels entrust their complete supply chain or parts
of it to the service provider. Be it start-up or well-established
global brand – the textile partnership offers
many benefits and creates room for the company’s
main acitivities.

Fashion Logistics at ITG. Commitment to the products
and the exact understanding of the individual
needs of every customer are important prerequisites
for ITG being able to establish itself among the top
textile logistics service providers in Germany. Besides
that profound experience, the comprehensive variety
of value added services and the excellent infrastructure
at the specialized locations in Schwaig near
Munich and Neuss near Düsseldorf are decisive
factors for the success of the outsourcing of ITG’s
fashion customers.
More than 100 specialized employees support the
complete or partial outsourcing or even the projectspecific
collaboration with short handling times, most
flexible framework and utmost reliability.
Prepared for any demand
In Schwaig ITG benefits from the largest hanging garment
facility of a logistics service provider in Southern
Germany. It has a capacity of more than half a
million parts for both static and dynamic storage.
Additional benefit: hanging garments and flat packed
goods are stored at the same location. This leads to
consolidated shipments and reduces costs. There are
neither limits for the desired packaging of the articles
nor for the output of shipments: up to 70,000 parts
per day are handled by ITG’s textile specialists in
peak times.
Extended value added services
ITG benefits from individual garment technicians for
the quality management of cutting, manufacture and
measure and an own tailoring for repairs and modifications.
Since January 2010 the tailoring company
Radl cooperates with ITG under one roof. Thus ITG
customers now have access to highly-experienced
industrial tailoring services. ITG has the know-how
and the equipment for the finishing of textiles as
well: ironing, labeling, security tagging, packaging –
as versatile as the products and customers are the
services the ITG specialists in Schwaig and Neuss offer.
Moreover: the branch office in Neuss additionally
offers sophisticated services for the finishing of
leather goods.
ITG’ s competencies also include the preparation of
fashion shows and the handling of samples as well as
returns handling with many additional services.
