66 Panel 3 Installation of the textile reinforcement: The web reinforcement is braided together in longitudinal direction with the GRP bars and the tendons on a special template outside the formwork. For this, the formed textile fabric is lapped and the tendons subsequently fi xed on the web reinforcement along the parabolic course. Next, the reinforcing cage is installed in the formwork for every web and the reinforcement of the cross-girder and the planar reinforcement supplemented. Casting of the bridge: Quality assurance instruction are developed for concrete production to ensure that the specifi ed properties are reliably met. The concrete is cast by means of a special concrete bucket (Fig. 2), fi tted with a funnel-shaped outlet. This is necessary because the concrete cannot be cast through the close-meshes of the planar fabric. Instead, it is poured into an opening specifi cally arranged for this purpose. Although the concrete used here is of nearly selfcompacting consistency it is additionally compacted with external and internal vibrators. Subsequently, the surface is fi nished with a vibratory beam. Special care must be taken to the curing of the sensitive fi ne-grained concrete. Prestressing of the bridge: After the concrete has attained the required strength, the bridge is partly prestressed in the formwork prior to lifting. To prevent loss of prestress, the full prestress is applied after attainment of the 28-day strength. The required slip resistance of the concrete surface is achieved by sandblasting. Erection of the precast elements The erection of the bridge elements is carried out by mobile crane that deposits the elements on falsework arranged in the column axis. There, the precast elements are aligned into the exact position by means of spindles and hydraulic presses. Subsequently, the precast elements are coupled in longitudinal direction by clamping together the individual elements in column areas. The tubular steel columns are brought into their exact fi nal position, using spindles and wedges only after the exact position of the superstructure has been achieved and bolted together with the superstructure by means of a joint plate of perfect fi t. The falsework is lowered after the column bases in the pocket foundation of the pillar have been cast and the grouting concrete hardened and the loads in this way transmitted into the foundation. Einbau der textilen Bewehrung: Die Stegbewehrung wird zusammen mit den GFK-Stäben in Längsrichtung und den Spanngliedern außerhalb der Schalung auf einer speziellen Lehre vorgefl ochten. Dabei werden die geformten textilen Gelege mit Übergreifungsstößen gestoßen und anschließend das Spannglied entsprechend dem parabelförmigen Verlauf an der Stegbewehrung fi xiert. Danach wird der Bewehrungskorb für jeden Steg in die Schalung eingebracht, die Bewehrung des Querträgers und die fl ächige Bewehrung ergänzt. Betonieren der Brücke: Für das Herstellen des Betons wird eine Qualitätssicherungsanweisung entwickelt, damit die geforderten Eigenschaften zielsicher erreicht werden können. Der Beton wird mit einem speziellen Betonierkübel (Abb. 2) eingefüllt, der mit einem trichterförmigen Auslauf versehen wird. Dies ist erforderlich, da aufgrund der Engmaschigkeit der textilen Bewehrung nicht durch das fl ächige Gelege hindurch betoniert werden kann, sondern der Beton an extra angeordneten Betonieröff nungen eingefüllt werden muss. Obwohl es sich um einen nahezu selbst verdichtenden Beton handelt, wird dieser zusätzlich mit Außen- und Innenrüttlern verdichtet. Danach zieht man die Oberfl äche mit einer Rüttelbohle ab. Ein besonderes Augenmerk muss auf die Nachbehandlung des empfi ndlichen Feinkornbetons gelegt werden. Vorspannung der Brücke: Nachdem die erforderliche Festigkeit des Betons erreicht ist, erfolgt eine Teilvorspannung der Brücke in der Schalung vor dem Ausheben. Zur Vermeidung von Spannungsverlusten durch Kriechen des Betons wird die volle Vorspannung nach Erreichen der 28-Tage-Festigkeit aufgebracht. Durch Sandstrahlen wird der geforderte Rutschwiderstand der Oberfl äche erreicht. Montage der Fertigteile Die Montage der Brückenelemente erfolgt mit einem Autokran, der die Elemente auf ein in den Stützenachsen angeordnetes Traggerüst ablegt. Dort werden die Fertigteile mit Spindeln und Hydraulikpressen in der exakten Lage ausgerichtet. Anschließend erfolgt die Koppelung der Fertigteilelemente in Längsrichtung durch das Zusammenspannen der einzelnen Elemente im Stützenbereich. Erst nachdem die exakte Lage des Überbaus erreicht worden ist, werden die Stahlrohrstützen mit Hilfe von Spindeln und Keilen in die exakte Endposition gebracht und mit einem passgenauen Anschlussblech an die andere Platte des Überbaus verschraubt. Nach dem Verguss der Stützenfüße in dem Köcherfundament der Pfeiler und dem Aushärten des Vergussbetons wird das Traggerüst abgelassen und somit die Lasten über die Stahlstützen in das Fundament eingeleitet. Im Frühsommer 2010 wird die Brücke ihrer Bestimmung übergeben. <strong>BFT</strong> 02/2010
