We also turn our attention to an accessory imbued with symbols: the glove. In recent times the glove has assumed the role of an indispensable accompaniment for the fashion conscious, yet in the Middle Ages gloves played a major role in acts of signing: treaties were regarded as signed and sealed after a glove had been handed over. In line with the spirit of the season, we have not overlooked the world of fur, where fashion designers are offering a sheer inexhaustible wealth of inspiration. In this spirit too, we wish you a year 2012 brimming with inspiration and enjoyment.

Neben der faszinierenden Dimension der Sinnlichkeit und Stilsicherheit kann der Diamant eine<br />
durchaus sichere und lohnende Geldanlage sein – hierbei gilt es jedoch, einige grundsätzliche<br />
Faktoren zu beachten.<br />
Dr. Onur: Diamanten als Wertanlage sind in Zeiten finanzieller Instabilität<br />
äußerst begehrt. Worauf sollte man beim Kauf von Diamantschmuck achten?<br />
G. Fritsch: Absolute Grundvoraussetzung für einen Diamanten in seiner Rolle<br />
als beständige Wertanlage ist seine offizielle Zertifizierung durch ein international<br />
anerkanntes Institut. Dabei ist es von Wichtigkeit, dass ein derartiges<br />
Zertifikat unbedingt den Namen IGI, GIA oder HRD zu führen hat. Aufgrund<br />
der internationalen Ausrichtung favorisieren wir derzeit IGI und GIA,<br />
und zwar in der genannten Reihenfolge. Für einen klassischen Anlagestein<br />
gilt – ähnlich dem Credo „Lage, Lage, Lage“ bezüglich<br />
eines Immobilieninvestments – der unumstößliche Grundsatz<br />
„Qualität, Qualität, Qualität“, der den Status eines Diamanten<br />
definiert. Denn nur wirkliche Spitzensteine sind auf lange Sicht<br />
wertstabil und vor allem auch immer wieder veräußerbar.<br />
Dr. Onur: Woran erkennen Sie einen „Spitzenstein“, welchen Kriterien<br />
folgt die professionelle Beurteilung?<br />
G.Fritsch: Das bedeutet für uns, dass die Farbe mindestens ein<br />
hochfeines Weiß sein muss, dass die Reinheit mindestens SI1<br />
zu sein hat, dass die Kriterien Schliff/Proportionen/Schliffausführung<br />
mindestens die Beurteilung sehr gut/sehr gut/sehr gut<br />
aufweisen müssen. Wenn man die Stocklisten der großen Diamanteure<br />
dieser Welt sichtet, wird einem sehr schnell klar, wie selten und<br />
dementsprechend von großer Wertbeständigkeit diese Diamanten sind. So<br />
sollte ein wirklicher Anlagediamant meiner Ansicht nach mindestens 1ct<br />
oder größer sein.
