Gemeinsam wurde eine kleine druckdichte Steckverbindung
entwickelt, die Datenraten nach FireWire 800 mit Powerkontakten
in schock- und vibrationsfester Ausführung kombiniert.
Drücke bis zu 200 Bar können von dem hochpräzise
gefertigten Isolierkörper zusammen mit dem Gehäuse
zuverlässig aufgenommen werden.
Selbstverständlich stellen wir alle Neuentwicklungen rund
um die Datentechnik auch auf unserem Messestand auf der

the case in which “the industry standard is not enough”.
One example for the successful development of a high-speeddata
connection in the industrial environment is the newly
developed application specific connection for a pipeline inspection
system (pig). It is manufactured by one of the leading suppliers
of high-tech inspection equipment for examining
pipelines and tank farms. Together, a small pressure-tight connection
was developed that combines data rates according to
FireWire 800 with power contacts in a shock- and vibrationproof
design. The highly-precise insulator together with the
housing can absorb pressures up to 200 bar reliably.
Naturally we shall be presenting all our new developments in
data technology at our stand at the electronica trade fair in
