1 ALLGEMEINES 

1.1 Anwendungsbereich 

Die Multifunktionsweste, Einsatz, dient der Mitführung der einsatzoptimierten 

Ausrüstung am Soldaten. 

Kurzbeschreibung: 

Die Multifunktionsweste, Einsatz, gibt es jeweils für Rechts- und Linksschützen im 5 

Farben-Tarndruck, 3 Farben-Tarndruck, Wüstentarndruck und in der Farbe Weiß. 

Die Multifunktionsweste, Einsatz, ist in der Länge und in der Weite durch Gurte 

in der Größe zu verstellen. Zusätzlich wird die Längenverstellung des Hauptteils 

durch Klettbänder unterstützt.

2.2 Schnittteile und Verarbeitungshinweise 

Für die Fertigung der Multifunktionsweste, Einsatz, gilt Anhang B als Anhalt. 

Die Multifunktionsweste, Einsatz, ist in fachgerechter Qualitätsarbeit zu fertigen. 

Die Schnittkonstruktion dient als Anhalt und kann beim WIWEB-GF 630 eingesehen werden. 

Nahtzugaben sind in der Schnittkonstruktion mit 1,0 cm berechnet. 

Die Proportionen des abgebildeten Versorgungsartikels sind schnitt- und nähtechnisch 

analog zu den Bildern sicherzustellen. 

Alle Schnittteile müssen in Kettrichtung zugeschnitten werden. 

Markierungsbohrlöcher sind nicht zulässig. Alle offenen Nahtenden sind mit dem 

Stichtyp 301/304 nach DIN 61400 zu verriegeln. Die Nähte dürfen keine Kräuselungen 

oder Perforationen des Nähgutes aufweisen. 

Gurtbandmaße entsprechen den Fertigmaßen. Hängende Gurtbandenden sind alle heiß 

geschnitten, 1 cm einfach eingeschlagen und 0,5 cm breit abgesteppt.


2.2.1 Linksschützenversion 

Die Vorderteile des Hauptteils der Multifunktionsweste, Einsatz, für Linksschützen 

sind spiegelverkehrt zur Multifunktionsweste, Einsatz, für Rechtsschützen zu 

fertigen. 

Der Haltegurt für das Gewehr auf dem Hüftteil muss bei der Rechtsschützenversion 

auf der rechten Seite, bei der Linksschützenversion auf der linken Seite im 

Brustbereich des Rückenteiles angebracht werden. 

2.2.2 Verarbeitung der Druckknöpfe und Ösen 

Die Position der Druckknöpfe zur Adaption der Einzelteile an der Weste muss exakt 

eingehalten werden. (Kompatibilität) 

Die Ösen müssen so in die Taschen eingearbeitet werden, dass das Ösenteil außen 

und die Scheibe in der Tasche ist. 

Alle Ösen müssen fest im Stoff sitzen, gut gebördelt und frei von Rissen sein. 

Zur Erreichung einer ausreichend hohen Seitenzugfestigkeit muss Stoff aus dem Ansetzbereich 

der Öse mit unter der Verbördelung eingerollt werden. 

Druckknöpfe und Ösen werden nachweislich mittels Pressluftmaschine mit einstellbarem 

Stempeldruck gemäß Herstellerangabe angebracht. 

Achtung: Vernietung mit Hand- und Fußkraft angetriebenen Maschinen ist unzulässig! 

2.2.3 Reißverschlüsse 

Die Reißverschlüsse werden mittels zwei paralleler Stepptouren voll und haltbar 

gefasst, wobei die Enden zusätzlich haltbar maschinell geriegelt (Stichtyp 304) 

sind. 

Die Reißverschlüsse, zum Schließen der Innentaschen in den Vorderteilen, müssen so 

eingearbeitet werden, dass die Reißverschlüsse von oben nach unten zu öffnen sind. 

2.2.4 Kordelgriff 

2.2.5 Nähte 

Eingefädeltes Kordelstück in RV-Schieber; Enden heiß verschweißt und 4 cm lang 

mit 5 mm Überstichbreite zusammengeriegelt. Schnittlänge 14 cm, Stichtyp 304

Alle Nahtenden sind, auch bei Nahtunterbrechungen durch Rückstiche / Maschinenriegel 

haltbar zu sichern.

Die Multifunktionsweste, Einsatz, setzt sich je nach Farbe, Rechts- bzw., Linksschützenversion 

aus je 1 EA der in Anhang A, LfdNr. 1 – 13 aufgelisteten Artikel 

zusammen. 

2.4 Kennzeichnung des Versorgungsartikels 

Das Anbringen von Marken- und Firmenlogos ist nicht gestattet. Die Kennzeichnung 

erfolgt nur gemäß der, in den jeweils gültigen TL festgelegten Vorgaben. 

2.4.1 Einnähetikett nach TL 8305-0011 

Alle Vorder- und Rückenteile (LfdNr. 1-7 und 9-10, Anhang A) sind mit einem Einnähetikett 

zu kennzeichnen. 

Auf das Einnähetikett ist die Versorgungsnummer entsprechend Anhang A, die Materialzusammensetzung 

“Netzgewirke 100% Polyester, Taschenmaterial Polyamid / Synthesekautschuk“, 

der Name des Auftragnehmers, das Liefermonat/-jahr, sowie folgende 

Pflegekennzeichnung aufzubringen.


Die Kennzeichnung auf dem Etikett muss gut lesbar sein. 

Die Kennzeichnungsetiketten müssen so in die Einzelteile eingearbeitet werden, 

dass sie von außen nicht sichtbar sind. 

Forderung an die Druckfarbe: lichtecht, benzin- und abriebfest, 

sowie unschädlich für das Gewebe. 

2.4.2 Kennzeichnung der adaptierbaren Taschen nach TL A-0032 Teil 1 

Die adaptierbaren Taschen (Lfd-Nr. 8 und 11 bis 13, Anhang A) sind auf der Innenseite 

mit der Versorgungsnummer, dem Namen des Auftragnehmers und dem Liefermonat/-jahr 

nach VG 95024 E 1-5 schwarz zu kennzeichnen. 

Forderung an die Stempelfarbe: lichtecht, benzin- und abriebfest, 

sowie unschädlich für die Gummierung. 

2.4.3 Die Kunststoffteile sind mit dem Kurzzeichen für Kunststoffe nach 

DIN EN ISO 1043-1 durch Prägung zu kennzeichnen. 

Das aus zwei unterschiedlichen Materialien bestehende Steckerteil des Schnellverschlusses 

ist nicht zu kennzeichnen. 

2.5 Konstruktion 

Gemäß Schnittsatz Multifunktionsweste, Einsatz, als Anhalt. 

Nahtzugaben müssen vom Auftragnehmer individuell so bestimmt werden, dass alle 

Nähte voll mit 1,0 cm gefasst sind. 

3 QUALITÄTSSICHERUNG 

3.1 Qualitätsprüfung 


3.2 Qualitätssicherungsbedingungen 

Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, auf der Grundlage der in den technischen Unterlagen 

festgelegten Qualitätssicherungsanforderungen, Maßnahmen entsprechend den Bestimmungen 

der AQAP-2131, NATO-Qualitätssicherungsanforderungen für Endprüfung zur 

Sicherstellung der vertragsgemäßen Beschaffenheit der Leistungen durchzuführen. 

Diese Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen sind produktbezogen darzulegen. Der Umfang 

dieser Maßnahmen hat sich an den mit der Herstellung verbundenen Risiken zu orientieren. 

3.3 Güteprüfung 


Dies ist Bestandteil des Vertrages zwischen LHBw und Auftragnehmer. 

Darüber hinaus behält sich der Bund im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung im Einzelfall 

vor, vom Auftragnehmer über die LHBw Mustermaterial für Prüfzwecke anzufordern. 

4 VERPACKUNG 

Die Verpackung ist bei geforderter 

– VerpSt C (NATO-4) nach TL 8100-0101 

- VerpSt H und T nach TL 8100-0102 

auszuführen. Die geforderte VerpSt ist den Vertragsunterlagen zu entnehmen. 

4.1 Grundpackung Multifunktionsweste, Einsatz, komplett 

Alle Teile der Multifunktionsweste, Einsatz, entsprechend 2.3, sind in einen handelsüblichen 

Folienbeutel zu verpacken. In jeden Folienbeutel ist ein Kennzeichnungsschild 

gemäß TL 8305-0011, Anhang C einzulegen.


4.2 Versandpackung 

Je 4 Multifunktionswesten, Einsatz, komplett sind rüttelfest in eine Faltschachtel 

mit zusammenstoßenden äußeren Boden- und Deckelverschlussklappen zu packen. 

Es sind 2-wellige (z.B. C + B Welle) Wellpappschachteln zu verwenden, die in ihrer 

Qualität so auszulegen sind, dass bei übereinandergestapelten Schachteln eine 

Stapelhöhe von 2,00 m ohne Verformung der Schachteln (insbesondere der unteren 

Schachtellagen) gewährleistet ist. 

4.2.1 Außenmaße der Versandpackung nach DIN 55510 (Maximalmaße) 

600 mm x 400 mm x 420 mm (Plus-Toleranzen sind nicht zugelassen) 

4.2.2 Verschluss 

Nach DIN 55479, Typ 3 mit Klebestreifen nach DIN 55475, Klasse 2 A 

Beim Verschließen der Schachteln - mit Doppel-T-Verschluss – (Kennziffer 3) ist 

darauf zu achten, dass die Boden- und Deckelverschlussklappen zusammenstoßen, um 

Schachtelausbeulungen entgegenzuwirken. 

4.2.3 Kennzeichnung der Versandpackung 

Nach den TL 8305-0011, Anhang D. 

4.2.4 Kennzeichnung der Packmittel 

Die Packmittel sind nach TL 8100-0072 zu kennzeichnen, soweit sie nicht mit dem 

"Grünen Punkt" gekennzeichnet sind. 

4.2.5 Verpackung der Einzelteile (VerpSt H) 

Sofern die Einzelteile der Multifunktionsweste, Einsatz, (2.3) separat beschafft 

werden, erfolgt deren Verpackung sowie die Kennzeichnung der Packungen handelsüblich 

nach TL 8100-0102 und TL A-0032 Teil 3

2.2 Cut-out parts and sewing instructions 

For the manufacture of the multifunctional vest, operation, see Annex B as a guide. 

The multifunctional vest, operation, shall be manufactured in accordance with highquality 

standards. The cut pattern serves as a guide and is available for inspection 

at WIWEB-GF 630. The cut pattern includes seam allowances of 1.0 cm. 

When cutting and sewing, it shall be ensured that the proportions of the depicted 

supply item are maintained in analogy to the figures. 

All cut-out parts shall be cut out warp wise. 

Marking holes are not allowed. All open seam ends shall be bartacked with stitch 

type 301/304 according to DIN 61400. The seams shall not feature any crimps or 

perforations of the sewing material. 

The dimensions of the webbing straps correspond to the finished dimensions. Hanging 

webbing strap ends shall all be heat-cut, folded over once in a width of 1 cm 

and topstitched in a width of 0.5 cm. 

2.2.1 Left hand shooter version 

The front parts of the main part of the multifunctional vest, operation, for left 

hand shooters shall be the mirror-inverted version of the multifunctional vest, 

operation, for right hand shooters. 

The strap to hold the rifle on the hip part must be applied on the right side on 

BP breast level for the right hand shooter version and on the left side for the 

left hand shooter version. 

2.2.2 Manufacture of snap fasteners and eyelets 

For compatibility reasons, it is essential to observe the exact position of the 

snap fasteners used to adapt the individual parts to the vest. 

The eyelets shall be incorporated into the pouches in such a way that the eyelet 

part is located outside and the disc is located inside the pouch. 

All eyelets must be tight fitting, well beaded and free of cracks. Cloth from the 

setting area of the eyelet must be rolled in underneath the beading in order to 

achieve sufficiently high lateral tensile strength. 

Snap fasteners and eyelets shall be verifiably applied in accordance with manufacturer’s 

data using a fattening machine with adjustable punching perssure. 

Warning: Riveting by means of machines operated by manual or pedal force is not 

admissible! 

2.2.3 Slide fasteners 

2.2.4 Cord pull 

The slide fasteners shall be fully and stably caught in by means of two parallel 

topstitch seams, the ends shall be additionally machine bartacked in a stable way 

(stitch type 304). 

The slide fasteners used to close the inner pockets in the front parts must be incorporated 

in such a way that the slide fasteners will be opened from top to bottom. 

Threaded cord part in SF slider; ends hot welded and bartacked together 4 cm in 

length in a stitch width of 5 mm. Cut length 14 cm, stitch type 304


2.2.5 Seams 

All seams: double saddle stitch, stitch type 301, 

bar tack, stitch type 304 

Stitch density:

All seam ends and seam interruptions shall be secured by backstitches / machine 

bar tacks. 

2.3 Scope of delivery 

The multifunctional vest , operation, consists of 1 EA of the articles listed in 

Annex A, S/N 1 – 13, according to colour and whether it is left or right hand 

shooter version. 

2.4 Marking of the supply item 

Affixing brand and company logos is not allowed. Marking exclusively according to 

the requirements specified in the respective valid TL. 

2.4.1 Sew-in label according to TL 8305-0011 

All foreparts and backparts (item nos. 1-7 and 9-10, Annex A) are to be marked 

with a sew-in label. 

The stock number in accordance with Annex A, the material composition “Netzgewirke 

100% Polyester, Taschenmaterial Polyamid / Synthesekautschuk“, the contractor’s 

name, month and year of delivery, and the following care symbols shall be 

indicated on the sew-in label. 

The marking on the label shall be clearly readable. 

Identification labels must be attached to the individual parts in such a way that 

they are not visible from the outside. 

Requirements for the printing colour: light fast, fast to white spirit and abrasion 

as well as not detrimental to the fabric. 

2.4.2 Marking of adaptable pouches in accordance with TL A-0032 T001 

The stock number, contractor’s name, and month and year of delivery in accordance 

with VG 95024 E 1-5 shall be indicated in black on the inside of the adaptable 

pouches (S/N 8 and 11-13, Annex A). 

Requirement for the marking ink: light fast, fast to white spirit and abrasion 

as well as not detrimental to the rubber coating. 

2.4.3 The plastic parts shall be marked by embossing the abbreviated terms for plastics 

according to DIN EN ISO 1043-1. 

The upper tongue of the quick-release closure that consists of two different materials 

shall not be marked. 

2.5 Construction 

In accordance with the design set for multifunctional vest, operation, for guidance. 

Seam allowances shall be determined individually by the contractor in such a way 

that all seams show the full width of 1.0 cm.


3 QUALITY ASSURANCE 

3.3 Quality inspection 


3.4 Contractor’s quality control 

Based on the quality assurance requirements as laid down in the technical documentation, 

the contractor shall take appropriate measures in accordance with AQAP-2131 

"NATO quality assurance requirements for final inspection" in order to ensure contractual 

compliance of the services rendered. 

These product-related quality assurance measures shall be shown. The extent of 

such activities will be commensurate with the risks involved in production. 

3.3 Government quality assurance 

4 PACKAGING 


This is part of the contract between LHBw and the contractor. 

The Federal Government also reserves the right, within the context of quality assurance, 

to request the contractor via LHBw to provide sample material for test purposes. 

The packaging shall be as follows: 

- for packing level C (NATO-4) in accordance with TL 8100-0101 

- for packing levels H and T in accordance with TL 8100-0102. The required packing 

level shall be taken from the contractual documents. 

4.1 Unit package of the multifunctional vest, Operation , complete 

All parts of the multifunctional vest, Operation, in accordance with 2.3, shall be 

packed in a commercial foil bag. An identification label in accordance with TL 8305- 

0011, Annex C, shall be inserted into each foil bag. 

4.2 Shipping package 

4 multifunctional vests, Operation, operation, each shall be packed into a collapsible 

cardboard box with butting outer bottom and top closure flaps so as to 

be resistant to vibration. 

Double-double face (e.g. C + B flutes) corrugated boxes shall be used of a quality 

that guarantees a stacking height of 2.00 m without box deformation (especially 

in the lower box layers). 

4.2.1 External dimensions of the shipping package according to DIN 55510 (maximum dimensions) 

600 mm x 400 mm x 420 mm (plus tolerances are not admissible). 

4.2.2 Closure 

In accordance with DIN 55479, type 3 adhesive tape in accordance with DIN 55475, 

class 2 A 

When closing the boxes with double-T seal (index number 3), attention must be paid 

that the closure flaps at top and bottom are butting in order to avoid box bulging. 

4.2.3 Marking of shipping package
