When needed, the KTM Neck Brace can safely arrest dangerous movements
of the head in both race and road use. The forces arising are transferred
effectively from the neck to the upper body. The neck brace offers
scientifically and technologically advanced protection against:
» Hyperflexion (extreme forward movement of the head)
» Hyperextension (extreme backward movement and overstretching of the head)
» Lateral hyperflexion (extreme movement of the head to the side)
» Axial loading (compression of the spinal column due to a corresponding
load on the helmet)
