Bit 1 Running (RCX_COMM_COS_RUN) The Running flag is set when the protocol stack has
been configured properly.
Bit 2 Bus On (RCX_COMM_COS_BUS_ON) The Bus On flag is set to indicate to the host
system whether or not the protocol stack has the permission to open network connections.
Bit 3 Configuration Locked (RCX_COMM_COS_CONFIG_LOCKED) The Configuration Locked
flag is set, if the communication channel firmware has locked the configuration database
against being overwritten.
Bit 4 Configuration New (RCX_COMM_COS_CONFIG_NEW) The Configuration New flag is set
by the protocol stack to indicate that a new configuration became available, which has not
been activated.
Bit 5 Restart Required (RCX_COMM_COS_RESTART_REQUIRED) The Restart Required flag
is set when the channel firmware requests to be restarted
Bit 6 Restart Required Enable (RCX_COMM_COS_RESTART_REQUIRED_ENABLE) The
Restart Required Enable flag is used together with the Restart Required flag above
