> Anpassung an die Produkteigenschaften.
Die Produktvielfalt der Teig- und Backwarenindustrie erfordert eine genauso vielfältige
Fördertechnik und eine Anpassung jeglicher Komponenten an die entsprechenden
Produkteigenschaften. Je nach dem vorangegangen Produktionsprozess (z. B. Backen,
Kühlen oder Frosten) können die offenen Produkte unterschiedliche Konsistenz und
Oberfläche aufweisen.
Neben den produktberührenden Teilen werden auch die Anlagenparameter wie Bandbreite,
Fördergeschwindigkeit usw. bei jeder Anlage individuell ausgelegt und an den
Produktstrom angepasst. Dadurch werden ein kontinuierlicher Produktionsablauf und
eine optimale Produktversorgung der nachgeschalteten Anlagen (Mehrkopfwaagen,
Verpackungsautomaten usw.) gewährleistet.
Wie bieten Ihnen gerne auch geeignete Fördertechnik nach dem Verpackungsprozess
sowie die automatische Zuführung der Beutel bzw. Packungen zur Kartonierung.

The product variety in the dough and bakery industry requires a conveyor technology in the
same varying manner and a matching of any components to the corresponding product
properties. Depending on the upstream production process (e. g. baking or freezing), the
loose products can have different consistencies and surfaces.
Besides the parts getting into contact with the product also the system’s parameters such
as belt width, conveying speed etc. are planned individually for every system and matched
to the product flow. This ensures a continuous production process and an optimal provision
of downstream systems (multi-head scales, automatic packaging machines etc.).
We also offer you appropriated conveyor technology after the packing process as well
as an automatic infeed of the bags or packages to the cartoning process.
After the packing process, the bags or packages can be automatically transported
to the cartoning process by the appropriate conveyor technology.
