Was wir leben
Traditionelle Werte kennen, schätzen und weitertragen.
Aus dem Gestern ins Heute.
Die Kollektion „Tradition“ ist eine Hommage an traditionelle,
meisterliche Handwerkskunst.
So bringt die älteste überlieferte handwerkliche Methode,
Holzdielen mittels eines Schabeisens zu glätten,
mit der Handscraped-Struktur ganz besonders reizvolle
Oberflächenstrukturen hervor.
Die wohl aufwändigste, immer mit größtmöglicher Sorgfalt
ausgeführte Handwerksarbeit findet sich im Instrumenten -
bau. Lackschicht für Lackschicht, immer wieder beigeschliffen
und neu poliert, entsteht eine ganz besondere
Oberfläche, die wir mit den Extravagant Klavierlackdekoren
nachempfinden.

What we live
An understanding, appreciation and maintenance of the
traditional values of yesteryear in the products of today.
The “Tradition” collection is a homage to traditional,
masterful handicraft.
Using the oldest craft methods, wooden panels
smoothed with a scraper have been used to create
a selection of delightful surfaces that appear
handscraped.
Musical instruments are probably where we find the most
intricate detail. An extremely high level of care is
definitely taken when building them. Smoothed and
polished as each layer of lacquer is added, a surface of
excellent quality is created – a surface which we have also
created in our Extravagant Piano Finish Flooring.
