Schwingungsdämpfer
Schwingungsdämpfer sollen die Übertragung von
Schwingungskräften und/oder Körperschall auf das
Fundament verhindern.
Schwingungsdämpfer sind so unter dem Ventilatorgrundrahmen
anzuordnen, dass eine gleichmäßige Belastung
bzw. Einfederung erfolgt. Es genügt aber nicht
nur die symmetrische Verteilung um den Schwerpunkt
des ruhenden Systems. Auch die Gegenkraft aus der
Druckerhöhung des Ventilators ist zu berücksichtigen.
Eine werksseitige Festlegung der Schwingungsdämpferanordnung
ist deshalb sehr schwierig und kann niemals
genau sein.
Voraussetzung für eine gute Schwingungs- und Körperschalldämmung
ist auch, dass Kanäle und Anlagenteile
über elastische Stutzen mit dem Ventilator verbunden
sind, damit das gesamte Aggregat frei schwingen kann
und keine Körperschallbrücke gebildet wird.
Anti vibration mounts
Anti vibration mounts (AVM) are provided for preventing
transmission of vibrations and noise to the foundation.
Anti vibration mounts (AVM) are to be placed under the
fan base frame in order to obtain an even load and an
even flexion subsequently. It is not sufficient to observe
the forces at fan’s rest. The reaction forces resulting of
the pressure rise of the fan have to be taken into account
as well.
For this reason a selection of AVM in the works may be
difficult and may not be precise enough.
It is necessary to ensure that ducts and installation
components are connected to the fan by flexibles in
order to allow a free oscillation of the fan and to avoid
any “bridging” and transmission of vibrations to the surrounding
through adjacent the structure.

necessary fixing material to fit them to the base frame.
