Smoke Extract Fans / Description
Grundrahmen
Grundrahmen aus stabilen U-Profilen, geschweißt und
beschichtet. Für die Anordnung der Schwingungsdämpfer
sind Bohrungen im Grundrahmen vorhanden.
Bei diesen Ventilator-Ausführungen gehört der Grundrahmen
zum Lieferumfang und muss nicht separat
bestellt werden.
Base frame
Base frame made of U-profiles, welded and coated.
For placing the AVM correctly on the frame holes are
provided.
The base frame is part of the standard fan supply and
must not be ordered additionally.
Motorspannschienen
Die aufgebauten Motorspannschienen ermöglichen ein
müheloses Verschieben des Motors in Längsrichtung
und somit ein stufenloses Einstellen der Riemenspannung.
Motor rails
The motor rails are made for easy sliding of the motor
forth and back and for a step less adjustment of the belt
tension.

Riementrieb
Bei Nicotra Gebhardt werden standardmäßig Hochleistungs-Schmalkeilriemen
nach DIN 7753 eingesetzt.
Die Schmalkeilriemen sind temperaturbeständig
bis +80 °C, widerstandsfähig gegen Mineralöle und sind
elektrostatisch leitfähig.
Die Riemenscheiben sind aus hochwertigen Grauguss
hergestellt und in Abhängigkeit von Umfangsgeschwindigkeit
und Rillenzahl statisch (G16) oder dynamisch
(G6.3) gewuchtet. Die Befestigung auf der Motor- bzw.
Ventilatorwelle erfolgt mittels Spannbuchsen.
Belt drive
Nicotra Gebhardt is using as a standard high performance
belts acc. to DIN 7753. These belts are resistant
against temperatures up to +80 °C, resistant against
mineral oils and electro statically conductive.
The pulleys are made of high quality cast iron and in
function of tip speed and the number of grooves they
are balanced statically (G16) or dynamically (G6.3). They
are fitted to the motor or fan shaft by means of Taperlock
bushes.
Hinweis
Achtung! Die Ventilatoren werden nur als komplette
Einheit geliefert, inklusive Grundrahmen, Motor, Motorspannschienen
und Riementrieb.
Note
Attention! The fans are supplied as a complete set
including base frame, motor, slides, and belt drive.
Aufstellung
RER unisoliert
Die Entrauchungs-Radialventilatoren sind in unisolierter
Ausführung nur für die Aufstellung außerhalb des Gebäudes
zugelassen.
Dabei muss bauseits sichergestellt werden, dass kein
Niederschlag in den Ventilator eintreten kann.
RER isoliert
Die Entrauchungs-Radialventilatoren mit Isoliergehäuse
sind für die Aufstellung innerhalb des Gebäudes, außerhalb
des Brandraumes zugelassen.
Es muss dabei gewährleistet sein, dass die Umgebungstemperatur
am Motor +40 °C nicht überschreitet,
gegebenenfalls ist für ausreichend Frischluftzufuhr zur
Motorkühlung zu sorgen (siehe Abschnitt „Motorkühlung
bei Innenaufstellung).
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass sich keine leicht entzündlichen
Stoffe bzw. brennbare Materialien in unmittelbarer
Nähe des Ventilators oder der Entrauchungskanäle
befinden.
Achtung! Die werksseitig vorgenommene Motorzuordnung
(Fabrikat, Baugröße, Bauart) darf nicht
verändert werden. Bei Veränderungen erlischt die
Zulassung!
Installation
RER not isulated
The Smoke extract fans in non insulated execution - are
certified for installation outside of buildings only.
It has to be provided that no precipitation will penetrate
into the fan.
RER isulated
The Smoke extract fans with insulating casing are certified
for installation inside of the building, outside of the
room where the fire occurs.
It has to guaranteed that the surrounding temperature
at the motor will not exceed +40 °C, if not sufficient
fresh air has to be introduced to ensure an effective
motor cooling (see chapter “Motor cooling for inside
installation).
Care has to be made that no flammable or burnable
materials are placed close to the fan or to the smoke
extract ducts.
Attention! The motors selected for every fan by
Nicotra Gebhardt (manufacturer, size, execution)
may not be changed. With changes the certificate
becomes unvalid.

Motorkühlung bei Innenaufstellung
Die Motoren sind mit Eigenlüftern ausgestattet, die unter
normalen Einbaubedingungen für ausreichende Motorkühlung
sorgen. Bei Innenaufstellung des Ventilators
oder bei Kapselung des Motors ist zu beachten, dass
der Motor mit genügend Kühlluft versorgt wird, damit
die Umgebungstemperatur +40 °C nicht überschreitet.
Kühlluftvolumenströme für Motoren in Abhängigkeit
der Motorbaugröße siehe Kapitel „Technische Beschreibung.
Motor cooling installing the fan inside building
The motors are equipped with their own ventilation,
which are sufficient under normal installation conditions.
When installing the fan inside building or when providing
a further enclosure it has to be observed that sufficient
cooling of the motor is provided in order to not exceeding
+40 °C.
