Grilled mozzarella with strawberries<br />
recipe for 4 persons<br />
400 g of mozzarella<br />
500 g of strawberries<br />
80 g of powder sugar<br />
lime<br />
1 spoon of egg liqueur, olive oil<br />
Preparation:<br />
1. Set the four best looking strawberries aside for final decorating, remove the stem from the<br />
remaining strawberries, insert into mixer, add powder sugar without lumps.<br />
2. Mix juice squeezed from lime and 1 spoon of egg liqueur into a thick purée.<br />
3. Leave the topping stand for 15 minutes, preferably in the refrigerator.<br />
4. In the mean time, prepare cheese - cut about 1cm, add a bit of olive oil, insert into raclette pan and<br />
grill for about 8-10 minutes.<br />
5. Move the warm cheese to the plate and pour the cool strawberry sauce, decorate with cut<br />
strawberries and serve immediately.<br />
Baked fruit mix<br />
recipe for 4 persons<br />
1 pack of puff pastry<br />
1 spoon of flour<br />
20 g of melted butter<br />
1 egg white<br />
a pinch of salt<br />
1 spoon of caster sugar<br />
200 g of raspberry or currant jelly<br />
200 g of wild strawberries<br />
200 g of raspberries and currant<br />
Preparation:<br />
1. Roll the puff pastry on a floured surface, grease the dough with melted butter and cut into raclette<br />
pan sized rectangles.<br />
2. Whip solid snow from the egg white and add a pinch of salt. Add caster sugar throughout the<br />
whipping progress.<br />
3. Place the dough into the raclette pans. Place them under the grill ad wait until the dough rises. (You<br />
can pre-bake the dough in an oven. It will save you time, but is not as entertaining).<br />
4. Pour jelly on the crunchy and golden baked dough and decorate with fruit. Cover with egg white<br />
