Die förderung des musikalischen nachwuchses spielt seit vielen Jahren<br />
eine wichtige rolle im bachfest, dem kürzlich der status eines partnerfestivals<br />
der »World federation of international music Competitions«<br />
verliehen wurde. Diesem hohen anspruch verpflichtet, bietet die<br />
Kammermusikreihe »ausgezeichnet« preisträgern internationaler<br />
musikwettbewerbe ein podium, um sich zu präsentieren, und dem<br />
publikum die Chance, möglichen künftigen Weltstars zu lauschen.<br />
frisch gekürt beim xViii. internationalen bach-Wettbewerb leipzig<br />
2012, der auch vom bach-archiv veranstaltet wurde, sind zum bachfest<br />
2013 die preisträger Davíd szigetvári (Gesang) und Ditta rohmann<br />
(Violoncello) aus ungarn und Johannes lang (orgel) aus Deutschland<br />
eingeladen. ihr bachfestdebüt geben außerdem stefan tarara (Violine)<br />
und anne freitag (flöte) aus Deutschland sowie die Gambistin lucile<br />
boulanger aus frankreich.<br />
For many years now, fostering young musicians has been an important<br />
part of the <strong>Bach</strong>fest, which was recently awarded the status of<br />
partner festival of the World Federation of International Music Competitions.<br />
To honour this commitment, the »Excellent« chamber music<br />
series of concerts will duly be offering the prize winners of international<br />
music competitions a platform on which to present themselves, and<br />
offering the public at large a chance to track potential future world<br />
names.<br />
Freshly consecrated at the XVIIIth International <strong>Bach</strong> Competition<br />
<strong>Leipzig</strong> 2012, which was also organised by the <strong>Bach</strong> <strong>Archiv</strong>e, the following<br />
prize winners have been invited to <strong>Bach</strong>fest 2013: Davíd Szigetvári<br />
(voice), Ditta Rohmann (cello) from Hungary and Johannes Lang<br />
(organ) from Germany. Stefan Tarara (violin) and Anne Freitag (flute)<br />
from Germany and viola da gamba player Lucile Boulanger from<br />
France will also be making their <strong>Bach</strong>fest debut.
