5.2 Fastening the abrasive paper
Easy replacement using Velcro fastening. Ensure that the extractor holes on the abrasive paper and grinding/
sanding disc line up.
5.3 Adjusting the additional handle (Fig. 3)
Slacken the screw (a) and move the additional handle (8) to its optimal position. Lock the additional handle (8)
in place by tightening the screw (a).

6 Starting up
6.1 Switching ON/OFF (Fig. 1)
To switch on:
Press the ON/OFF switch (4)
Continuous operation: Secure the switch (4) with the
locking button (3)
To switch off: Press the ON/OFF switch (4) briefly
Speed control (Fig. 1/Item 7)
To pre-select the speed turn the knurled screw (7) on
the switch.
Plus direction: Higher speed
Minus direction: Lower speed
The machine can be operated on a temporary or
permanent setting.

6.2 Working with the eccentric grinder/sander
• Place the whole surface area of the sanding disk on the material.
• Switch on the machine and move it with gentle pressure over the workpiece completely circular movements
or moving it to and fro and up and down.
• Use a coarse paper for coarse sanding and a finer paper for finish sanding. You can find the best paper for the
job by means of testing.
7 Replacing the power cable
If the power cable for this equipment is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its aftersales
service or similarly trained personnel to avoid danger.
