Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) Supplementary Procedures for TCCA AM 573 Maintenance Organisation
Dieses Kapitel ist jenen Part-145 genehmigten Instandhaltungsbetriebe vorbehalten, welche gleichzeitig neben dieser
Genehmigung auch als TCCA AM 573 Instandhaltungsbetrieb genehmigt sind. Der Inhalt dieses Kapitels behandelt
die Differenzen zwischen Part-145 und AM 573, welche sich im Laufe der Zeit immer wieder verändern haben, je
nach fortschreiten der Harmonisierung und die Erfahrung der EASA mit der TCCA. Es ist das bilaterale Abkommen
der EU mit der TCCA entsprechend zu berücksichtigen und die sogenannten Maintenance Annex Gudiance die im
Abkommen definiert sind in diesem Anhang zum MOE entsprechend darzustellen.
This section is reserved for those Part-145 approved maintenance organisations that are also approved as a TCCA AM 573 Maintenance Organisation. The content of this part reflects the differences between
Part-145 and AM 573 which have to be described in accordance with the Special Conditions defined in the bilateral agreement.
Das Deckblatt des TCCA Anhanges hat die folgenden Inhalte dazustellen, auch wenn die zuständige Behörde eine
doppelte Übermittlung des Anhanges, einmal in englischer Spreche für die TCCA und einmal in deutscher Sprache für
die zuständige europäische Behörde verlangt. In jedem Fall hat der genehmigte Instandhaltungsbetrieb an seinem
Hauptstandort eine gültige Kopie dieses TCCA Anhanges in englischer Sprache aufzubewahren und auf Anfrage der
TCCA zur Verfügung zu stellen.
The cover page of the TCCA Supplement to the MOE should include the information in the following statement. The national Aviation Authority (AA) - Austro Control GmbH - may require the TCCA supplement to
be submitted in duplicate: one in English for TCCA sampling the second in national language for review it. In either case, the approved maintenance organisation (AMO) must always retain at its principal place of
business a current copy of this TCCA supplement in English and provide it to the TCCA upon request.

genehmigten Organisation (Name) durch die TCCA und deren CAR 573 Genehmigung. Dieser Anhang bildet die
Grundlage der Verpflichtungen für die Organisation (Name) im Rahmen der CAR 573 Genehmigung wie sie in der
Maintenance Annex Gudiance zwischen der EASA und der TCCA von Kanada definiert sind.
Compliance with this TCCA approved Supplement together with the Naitaiona Aviaition Authority - Austro Control GmbH - approved Part-145 Maintenance organisation Exposition, forms the basis of the Organisations
(name) TCCA CAR 573 approval. This supplement forms part of the organisations (name) obligations for the CAR 573 approval as specified in the Maintenance Annex Guidance (MAG) between the European
Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) of Canada.
Instanhdaltung, Änderungen oder Modifikationen, welche gemäß diesem genehmigten Maintenance Organisation Exposition
(MOE) und diesem TCCA Anhang durchgeführt wurden, gelten als akzeptiert in Übereinstimmung mit den
kanadischen Vorschriften CAR Teil V, Kapiteln 71 und 73 bzw. damit zusammenhängenden Standards durchgeführt.
When maintenance is performed and certified per this Maintenance organisation Exposition (MOE) and this supplement, the maintenance is accepted as meeting the requirements of the Canadian Aviation Regulations
CAR Part V, Subparts 71 and 73 and related standards.
