1. Zum Einstieg 1. Introduction
In den „Organisatorischen und technischen Richtlinien“ finden
Sie Informationen, die zur Organisation, Planung, Aufbau
und Betrieb Ihres Messeauftrittes notwendig sind. Des
Weiteren enthalten die Richtlinien technische Daten der Messehallen
und des Freigeländes, sowie Hinweise zum Verhalten
auf dem Messegelände. Der deutsche Text ist verbindlich.
Weitere aktuelle Informationen finden Sie im Internet unter
www.iaa.de. Dort können Sie die „Organisatorischen und
technischen Richtlinien“ auch herunterladen.
Das Heft Aussteller-Informationen mit hilfreichen Tipps
von A-Z rund um die Standorganisation vor Ort kann kostenlos
im IAA-Ausstellungsbüro auf dem Messegelände Frankfurt
in der Halle 4.C abgeholt werden. Das Dokument steht
auch ab August 2013 auf unserer Homepage http://www.iaa.
de/aussteller/unterlagen/ zum Download bereit. Außerdem
senden wir Ihnen das Heft im pdf-Format per E-Mail zu.
In the “Organizational and Technical Regulations” you will find
information necessary for organization, planning, erecting
and running your stand. The Regulations also contain technical
data for the halls and the open-air hardstanding as
well as tips on behaviour in the exhibition grounds. Our German
version is binding.
Further up-to-date information can be found on the website
at www.iaa.de. You can also download the „Organizational
and Technical Regulations“ there.
Our booklet Information for Exhibitors is free of charge. The
document is very helpful for your organization on the spot in
Frankfurt. You can pick up the booklet at the IAA Exhibition
Office on the exhibition center in hall 4, level C. The exhibitor
information will be available for download on our homepage
http://www.iaa.de/en/aussteller/unterlagen/ in August 2013.
Furthermore we will also send you the pdf-file by E-mail.
Verantwortung des Ausstellers
Der Aussteller ist verantwortlich dafür, dass der von ihm oder
in seinem Auftrag errichtete Ausstellungsstand und sein
Messeauftritt den allgemeinen Rechtsvorschriften, den Ausstellungsbedingungen
und den „Organisatorischen und technischen
Richtlinien“ entspricht.
Aus diesem Grund ist es unbedingt notwendig, dass der Aussteller
alle zur Planung notwendigen Unterlagen (Hallenplan,
Detailplan, „Organisatorische und technische Richtlinien“
und Ausstellungsbedingungen) an den Planer seines Messestandes
weiter reicht.
Während der Veranstaltung gilt die Hausordnung des VDA,
die zusammen mit der Standbestätigung verschickt wird.
Responsibility
The exhibitor is responsible for ensuring that the stand erected
by him or on his behalf and his trade fair presence complies
with the general statutory requirements, the “Exhibition Conditions”
and the “Organizational and Technical Regulations”.
For this reason it is absolutely essential for the exhibitor to forward
all the documentation required for the planning process
(hall plan, detail plan, “Organizational and Technical Regulations”
and “Exhibition Conditions”) to the company planning
his stand.
The house rules of the VDA are applicable during the fair.

Es besteht ein Rauchverbot in den allgemeinen
Hallenbereichen (Gangflächen, Ruhezonen) sowie
in den Restaurants und Bistros.
Innerhalb der gemieteten Standflächen darf geraucht
werden, da der jeweilige Aussteller Hausrecht
genießt.
Please note:
There is a smoking ban in the common hall areas
(hall aisles, rest areas, e.g.) as well as in the restaurants
and bistros.
Based on the domiciliary rights of the exhibitors, it is
permitted to smoke on the stand areas.
