Alle Aussteller erhalten vor der Aufbauzeit das Merkblatt
„Auf- und Abbau“, in dem alle Informationen zum Verkehr
und zur logistischen Abwicklung zusammengefasst sind, mit
der Bitte, dies auch an ihre Standbauer weiterzuleiten.

Before setup time you will receive the leaflet “Construction
and Dismantling”, where all information regarding traffic and
logistics have been summarized. Please forward this to your
stand builder.
Leergutlagerung
Leergut darf nicht in der Halle, auch nicht auf den Standflächen,
gelagert werden, sondern muss unverzüglich entfernt
werden.
Wenn das Leergut nicht von Ihnen oder Ihrem Standbauer
mitgenommen werden soll, kann das Leergut dem Logistikservice
der Messe Frankfurt zur Einlagerung für die Dauer der
Veranstaltung übergeben werden; bitte erteilen Sie dazu dem
Logistikservice einen schriftlichen Auftrag.
Bitte beschriften Sie jedes Stück mit Firmennamen, Hallenund
Standnummer; bei mehreren Stücken ist eine laufende
Nummerierung erforderlich. Aufkleber für die Kennzeichnung
hält der Logistikservice der Messe Frankfurt für Sie bereit.
Die Abholung des Leergutes von den Ständen beginnt am
01.09.2013 und muss bis zum 09.09.2013 beendet sein.
Der Rücktransport des Leergutes zu den Ständen beginnt
am 22.09.2013 sofort nachdem die Fahrzeuge und der Teppichboden
aus den Hallen entfernt sind, voraussichtlich ab
20.00 Uhr.
Möchten Sie für die Dauer der Ausstellung Vollgut einlagern,
müssen auch diese Stücke mit Firmenname, Hallen- und
Standnummer gekennzeichnet werden; bei mehreren Stücken
ist eine laufende Nummerierung erforderlich. Vollgut
muss als solches deklariert werden und getrennt vom Leergut
zur Lagerung übergeben werden.
Empty containers
Empty containers must not be stored in the hall, not even on
stands. They must be removed without delay.
If empty containers are not to be removed by you or your
stand construction company, they can be given to the logistics
department of Messe Frankfurt to be stored for the duration
of the event. Please place a written order in this respect to the
logistics department of Messe Frankfurt.
Each item should be labelled with your company name, hall
number and stand number; in the event of multiple items a
sequential numbering system is required. Stickers for labelling
purposes are available from the offices of the logistics
department.
The collection of empty containers from the stands starts
on Sept. 1, 2013 and must be complete by Sept. 09, 2013.
Return of the empty containers to the stands starts expected
at 20:00 h on Sept. 22, 2013, as soon as vehicles and
carpets had been removed by Messe Frankfurt.
If you wish to store full containers for the duration of the exhibition,
these must also be labelled with your company name,
hall number and stand number; in the event of multiple items
a sequential numbering system is required. Full containers
must be declared as such and must be handed over for storage
separately from the empty containers.
Verkehr und Zufahrt zum Messegelände
Seit 01.10.2008 liegt das gesamte Stadtgebiet Frankfurt
in einer Umweltzone. Ausgenommen davon sind
das Ausstellungsgelände und die Zufahrt von Westen zu
dem Rebstockgelände und den Toren West und Nord.

Traffic and access to the exhibition grounds
Since October 1, 2008 the Greater Frankfurt area has been
designated an Environmental Zone. The exhibition grounds
are excluded as well as the access roads coming from
west to the area Rebstock and the west and north gates.
