By direct QSL are required 1 IRC
or 2 U.S. Dollars + SASE Envelope.
In case of non-contribution by direct
QSLs, these will be sent via the bureau.
The contribution for the QSLs is added
to the contribution of the Award.

Anlässlich der Alpinen Ski WM 2013 in
Schladming gibt der Österreichische
Versuchsenderverband (ÖVSV) ein offizielles
Diplom heraus, das von Funkamateuren
und von SWLs aus aller
Welt beantragt werden kann.
In der Zeit vom 15.1.2013 bis 18.2.2013
sind in Österreich Sonderstationen mit
dem Rufzeichen OE2013XYZ QRV.
Je nach Diplomstufe (Gold, Platin,
Diamant) muss eine entsprechende
Anzahl von diesen Sonderstationen
und weiteren OE-Stationen geloggt
werden.
Pro Band kann nur eine Verbindung mit
derselben Station gewertet werden.
Es gibt keine Bandbeschränkung.
Alle Betriebsarten ausser Packet
Radio und Echo Link können benutzt
werden. Das Diplom kann in den
Betriebsarten SSB, CW, DIGI, MIXED
und QRP (max. 10 Watt) erarbeitet
werden. Das Diplom hat die 3 Stufen:
GOLD 10 Sonderstationen +
10 OE-Stationen
PLATIN 15 Sonderstationen +
15 OE-Stationen
DIAMANT 20 Sonderstationen +
20 OE-Stationen
Den Diplomantrag bitte bis 31. Aug.
2013 mit einem Logbuchauszug und
der Gebühr von € 10.- an folgende

Das Diplom ist 210 x 297 mm
gross, es ist mehrfarbig auf etwa
200 Gramm schwerem, holzfreiem
Papier gedruckt. Es wurde von
OE5RI entworfen und vom ÖVSV im
Oktober 2011 anerkannt.
