weather and ozone. when the hose has to withstand<br />
temperatures above 160 °c and the effects of fuels<br />
at the same time, we reach for eco (epichlorohydrin<br />
rubber). for carrying liquid media while exposed<br />
to high media or environmental temperatures, we<br />
rely on silicone. this material provides outstanding<br />
dimensional stability properties, and can withstand<br />
temperatures up to 180 °c, for brief periods as high<br />
as 250°c.<br />
of configuration and mounting options can be created with metal parts embedded<br />
or rubber parts bonded in the vulcanisation process.<br />
consisTenT qualiTy and lasTinG service<br />
hansa-fleX preformed hoses can be made from epdM, for example. ethylene<br />
propylene diene monomer rubber is resistant to aqueous media, so it is used<br />
widely in coolant water applications. this versatile material is also remarkable for<br />
its high resistance to aging, weathering and ozone, and is equally useful in temperatures<br />
ranging from -50 to +150 °c. the special feature of nBr (acrylonitrile<br />
butadiene rubber) is its adjustable resistance to oil. it is also relatively inexpensive.<br />
preformed hoses made from aeM (ethylene methylacrylate rubber) are particularly<br />
resistant to mineral oils, water and coolants as well as the depradations of<br />
preforMed Hoses can be ManufacTured froM various MaTerials – depending on<br />
technical requirements and the field of application, they all feature outstanding resistance to<br />
aggressive media, wide temperature fluctuations and harsh weather conditions<br />
like the industrial hoses, our preformed hoses have<br />
also been collected together in our new central warehouse in geisenfeld. this<br />
means that these products are available to any hansa-fleX branch at any time.<br />
for our customers, this means: you will receive standard preformed hoses within<br />
one to six days, delivery times for custom solutions will be agreed with you.<br />
