Chamonix<br />
The Chamonix Valley is nestled between the towering Mont Blanc range<br />
to the south and the Aiguilles Rouges Mountains to the north. It’s the<br />
place where the first Winter Olympic Games were ever held and worth<br />
visiting. It also offers the longest cable railway in the world. Chamonix<br />
is in a close distance to the highest peak in Europe - Mont Blanc<br />
(4807 m). The skiing area offers you over 150 km of ski slopes, with<br />
30 km for advanced skiers, 70 km for intermediates, and 46 km for<br />
beginners. You will find the most difficult ride on Piste des Pylones.<br />
