off-piste, terrain parks, superpipe and the longest lift-served vertical
rise in the United States. Snowmass is the second largest ski area
in the country. With a vertical rise of 4,406 feet, Snowmass has the
highest vertical rise of any ski area in the country - higher than four
Eiffel Towers. With over 95% of accommodation ski-in / ski-out and a
quaint pedestrian village, Snowmass also has shuttle access to Aspen’s
other three ski areas. The base village includes a variety of restaurants,
shops, a children’s centre – Treehouse Kids Adventure and a variety of
accommodation options, including the popular Viceroy Resort.
