8. Wartung und Pflege
Beachten Sie unbedingt die Sicherheitshinweise auf
den Seiten 3 und 4.
8. Maintenance and Care
It is absolutely necessary to consider our safety
instructions on pages 3 and 4.
Um die Funktion des Greifers zu erhalten, beachten Sie bitte
folgende Hinweise:
1. Anforderung an die Güteklasse der Druckluft nach DIN
ISO 8573-1: Güteklasse 4.
2. Blanke außenliegende Stahlteile müssen geölt oder gefettet
werden.
3. Warten Sie den Greifer alle 2 Mio. Zyklen. Bei der Wartung
sind bestimmte Teile mit Öl bzw. Fett zu montieren
(Grundfettung).
a) Alle metallischen Gleitflächen müssen mit LINO MAX oder
einem gleichwertigen Schmierstoff behandelt werden.
b) Die Kolbenbohrung sowie alle Dichtungen werden mit
Renolit HLT 2 oder gleichwertigem Schmierstoff behandelt.
4. Bei jeder Wartung des Greifers sind alle Dichtungen zu erneuern
(siehe Dichtsatzliste, Kapitel 11.1). Der komplette
Dichtsatz ist bei SCHUNK erhältlich.
5. Soweit nicht anders vorgeschrieben alle Schrauben und
Muttern mit einem Anzugsmoment gemäß DIN anziehen
(siehe untenstehende Tabelle) und mit Loctite Nr. 243 sichern.
9. Zerlegen des Greifers
Beachten Sie unbedingt die Sicherheitshinweise auf
den Seiten 3 und 4.
(Pos.-Nr. siehe Kap. 10 »Zusammenbau«)
1. Entfernen Sie die Druckleitungen.
2. Entfernen Sie die Schrauben (Pos. 40 und 41) und drehen
Sie die Gewindestifte (Pos. 38) zurück.
(nur bei PSH 42 und PSH 52). Ziehen Sie dann die Grundbacken
(Pos. 5, bzw. Pos. 6) ab.
3. Entfernen Sie den Sicherungsring (Pos. 52) und ziehen Sie
die Ritzellagerung (Pos. 15) unter Zuhilfenahme einer
Schraube oder eines Abziehers aus dem Gehäuse heraus.
4. Entfernen Sie das Ritzel (Pos. 25) aus dem Gehäuse.
5. Ziehen Sie die Zahnstangen (Pos. 12, bzw. Pos. 13) aus
dem Gehäuse.
6. Entfernen Sie die Sicherungsringe (Pos. 51) und ziehen Sie
die Lagerbuchsen (Pos. 74) aus dem Gehäuse.
7. Entfernen Sie die innenliegenden Sicherungsringe (Pos. 51)
und ziehen Sie die Kolbenstange (Pos. 10, bzw. Pos. 11) aus
dem Gehäuse heraus.
8. Entfernen Sie die Sicherungsringe (Pos. 50) und ziehen Sie
die Kolben (Pos. 9) von den Kolbenstangen (Pos. 10, bzw.
Pos. 11) ab. (Punkt 8 entfällt bei der Größe PSH 22 und 32).
9. Reinigen Sie alle Teile gründlich und kontrollieren Sie alle
Teile auf Defekt und Verschleiß.
10. Erneuern Sie alle Dichtungen gemäß Dichtsatzliste (siehe
Kapitel 11.1). Der komplette Dichtsatz ist bei SCHUNK
erhältlich.
Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. Beachten
Sie hierbei Kapitel 8, »Wartung und Pflege«.
In order to keep the gripper properly functionning, please consider
the following notes:
1. Requirements to compressed air according to DIN ISO
8573-1: class 4.
2. The blank external steel parts must be lubrified or greased.
3. Every 2 million cycles maintenance of the gripper is necessary.
During maintenance certain components must be mounted
lubrified or greased (basic lubrication).
a) All sliding faces made of metal must be lubrified with
LINO MAX or any equivalent lubricant.
b) The piston bore as well as all seals must be lubrified with
Renolit HLT 2 or any equivalent lubricant.
4. At every maintenance of the gripper all seals have to be
exchanged (see seal kit list, chapter 11.1). The complete seal
kit is available at SCHUNK.
5. If not advised differently, all screws and nuts must be tightened
with a tightening torque as per DIN standards (see below
chart) and must be saved with Loctite No. 243.
9. Disassembly of the gripper
Please consider the safety notes
on pages 3 and 4.
(items see chapter 10 “Assembly”)
1. Remove the compressed air lines.
2. Remove all screws (item 40 and 41) and turn back the setscrews
(item 38).
(only applies for PSH 42 and PSH 52). Draw off the base
jaws (item 5, or item 6) now.
3. Remove the safety ring (item 52) and take out the pinion gear
(item15) – by means of a screw or a pulling-off device – out
of the housing.
4. Take the pinion (item 25) out of the housing.
5. Draw the toothed rack (item 12, or item 13) out of the
housing.
6. Remove the safety rings (item 51) and draw the bearing bush
(item 74) out of the housing.
7. Remove the internal safety rings (item 51) and draw the
piston bar (item 10, or item 11) out of the housing.
8. Remove the safety rings (item 50) and draw off the piston
(item 9) from the piston bars (item 10, or item 11). (Point 8
doesn’t apply for size PSH 22 and 32).

9. Thoroughly clean all components and check them on
damage and wear-out.
10. Exchange all sealings as per seal kit list (see chapter 11.1).

Assembly is done in reverse order.
