Montage des Anbausatzes
Pos.-Nr. siehe Darstellung auf Seite 16)
1. Montieren Sie den Halter (Pos. 16 / Pos. 22) bei PSH 22/2 mit
der Schraube (Pos. 46) so an die Grundbacke, dass der Halter
über der T-Nut im Gehäuse liegt.
Drehen Sie die Schraube nur so weit ein, dass sich der Halter
noch ohne Spiel drehen lässt und sichern Sie die Schraube
mit Loctide Nr. 243.
2. Legen Sie die Schaltnocken (Pos. 17) in das hierfür vorgesehene
Langloch in der Halterung (Pos. 16 / Pos. 22 bei PSH
22/2) und befestigen Sie diese mit den Linsenschrauben (Pos.
47) an dem Halter.
3. Schieben Sie den Nutenstein (Pos. 19) und den Nutenstein
(Pos. 27) durch die Freifräsung in die innenliegende T-Nut des
Gehäuses (1 Nutenstein - Pos. 19 - bei PSH 22).
4. Befestigen Sie das Führungsstück (Pos. 26) mit der Schraube
(Pos. 42) auf dem Nutenstein (Pos. 27) fest, so dass das
Führungsstück (Pos. 26) noch in der T-Nut verschoben
werden kann.
5. Schrauben Sie die beiden Klemmhalter (Pos. 18) mit den
Senkschrauben (Pos. 45) an den beiden Nutensteinen
(Pos. 19) fest, so dass die Klemmhalter (Pos. 18) noch in
der T-Nut verschoben werden können (1 Klemmhalter bei
PSH 22).
6. Schieben Sie die induktiven Näherungsschalter INW 80/S in
die Klemmhalter (Pos. 18), bis diese bündig mit den
Klemmhaltern abschließen.
7. Verschieben Sie die Klemmhalter (Pos. 18) mit den
Näherungsschaltern und das Führungsstück (Pos. 26) auf die
Positionen, die in der Tabelle (siehe Seite 16) angegeben
sind.
8. Befestigen Sie jetzt die Klemmhalter (Pos. 18) und die eingeschobenen
Näherungsschalter durch Anziehen der
Senkschrauben (Pos. 45) am Gehäuse.
Greifer geöffnet:
1. Stellen Sie den Greifer in Stellung »AUF«.
2. Lösen Sie die Linsenschraube (Pos. 47), so dass sich die
Schaltnocke 1 (Pos. 17) in dem Halter (Pos. 16 / Pos. 22 bei
PSH 22/2) bewegen lässt und schieben Sie diese bis an das
freie Ende des Halters.
3. Schieben Sie die Schaltnocke 1 (Pos. 17) zurück, bis der
Näherungsschalter 1 schaltet.
4. Fixieren Sie die Schaltnocke 1 (Pos. 17) in dieser Position,
indem Sie die Linsenschraube (Pos. 47) anziehen.
5. Testen Sie die Funktion, indem Sie den Greifer schließen und
wieder öffnen.
Assembly of the attachment set
(items see illustration on page 16)
1. Assemble the bracket (item 16/item 22 for PSH 22/2) with the
screw (item 46) at the base jaw, so that the bracket is
positioned above the t-shaped groove of the housing.
Turn the screw just as far in, so that the bracket can still
be turned without scope and secure the screw with Loctite
No. 243.
2. Insert the control cam (item 17) into the provided longhole of
the bracket (item 16/item 22 for PSH 22/2) and fasten them
with the oval head screw (item 47) at the bracket.
3. Move the T-nut (item 19) and the T-nut (Pos. 27) via the undercut
into the internal T-shaped groove of the housing (1 T-nut -
item 19 - for PSH 22).
4. Fasten the guide piece (Item 26) with the screw (Item 42) on
the T-nut (Item 27) in a way, that the guide piece (Item 26) can
still be moved in the T-slot.
5. Screw both brackets (item 18) together with the countersunk
screws (item 45) onto the two T-Nuts (item 19) so that the
bracket (item 18) can be still moved in the T-shaped groove (1
bracket for PSH 22).
6. Move the inductive proximity switch INW 80/S into the bracket
(item 18), until it is even with the bracket.
7. Move the bracket (item 18) with the proximity switches and the
guide piece (item 26) into the positions described in the chart
on page 16.
8. Fasten the bracket (item 18) now and thighten the inserted
proximity switch with a countersunk screw (item 45) at the
housing.
“Open” Gripper
1. Put the gripper onto "Open" position.
2. Loosen the oval head screw (item 47) so that the control
cam 1 (item 17) can be moved in the bracket (item 16/item 22
for PSH 22/2) without problems and move them to the
unscrewed end of the bracket.

3. Move back the control cam 1 (item 17) until the proximity
switch 1 is switching.
4. Fix the control cam 1 (item 17) in this position by thightening
the oval head screw (item 47).
5. Control function by closing and opening the gripper.
