Results show that tubers pre-harvested in 2006 generated specific gravities between 1.075 kg L -1 . Also the concentrations
of Mg and B increased during maturity. Contrary, the concentration of Ca declined
significantly and the concentrations of K, P, Fe and Se did not changed compared to
