Für eine betrachtete Schicht lässt sich ein prozentuales Signalbild rekonstruieren. Die Grauwerte stellen die Signaländerung relativ zu einem Basisbild vor der Kontrastmittelgabe dar. Physiologisch gesteuerte Bildgebung. Pseudo- Gating erreicht man durch ein TR, das dem RR- Intervall im Herzzyklus entspricht. Anwendung nicht zur Herzbildgebung, sondern zur Vermeidung von Flussartefakten (bei stabiler Herzrate). MR-Messtechnik. Die PSIF-Sequenz ist eine zeitlich umgekehrte FISP-Sequenz. Man kann mit ihr einen stark T2-gewichteten Kontrast in kurzer Messzeit erzielen. MR-Messtechnik. Zeitliche Abfolge der HF-Pulse und Gradientenpulse zur Anregung des zu messenden Bildvolumens, zur Signalerzeugung und Ortskodierung. Die Pulstriggerung unterdrückt Bewegungs- und Flussartefakte, die durch pulsierendes Blut und Liquor entstehen. Als Trigger dient die Pulswelle, die z.B. mit einem Sensor am Finger detektiert wird. Pulsfühler sind einfacher anzulegen als EKG- Elektroden, allerdings weniger genau, daher zur Herzbildgebung nicht geeignet.
