Special Exhibiting Conditions
of Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH (LMS)
Sofern die Stornierung durch die LMS grob fahrlässig oder vorsätzlich
verschuldet wurde bzw. die Voraussetzungen der §§ 323, 324, 326 BGB
vorliegen, fallen keine Stornogebühren an.
Die Miete und alle sonstigen Entgelte sind Nettopreise, zu denen zusätzlich
die Mehrwertsteuer in der jeweiligen gesetzlichen Höhe ausgewiesen
wird und zu entrichten ist.
Zur Haftungsvermeidung, insbesondere für Beschädigungsrisiken,
empfehlen wir dringend den Abschluss einer Ausstellungsversicherung
gemäß Antrag in den Serviceunterlagen (siehe auch 5.4. der
Allgemeinen Teilnahmebedingungen).
Soweit nicht von der angebotenen Möglichkeit des Abschlusses einer
Ausstellungsversicherung gemäß Antrag 7.0 der Serviceunterlagen
Gebrauch gemacht wird, ergeben sich Hinweise zur Haftung für Beschädigungsrisiken
und dem bestehenden Versicherungsschutz aus den
Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der jeweiligen Servicepartner gemäß
den Serviceunterlagen.
3.2 Mitaussteller
Die Aufnahme eines Mitausstellers (siehe 1.4 und 3 der Allgemeinen
Teilnahmebedingungen) muss bei der LMS schriftlich unter Angabe der
vollständigen Anschrift inkl. Ansprechpartner beantragt werden.
Für die Genehmigung eines Mitausstellers und Aufnahme in das Werbe-
und Mediensystem ist eine Marketing- und Medienpauschale von
q 60,00 zu entrichten. Leistungen siehe 6.
3.3 AUMA-Beitrag
Der Veranstalter hat sich verpflichtet, den AUMA-Beitrag in Höhe von
q 0,60 je m 2 -Ausstellungsfläche (Halle und Freigelände) von seinen
Ausstellern zu erheben und dem Ausstellungs- und Messe-Ausschuss
der Deutschen Wirtschaft e.V. (AUMA) zuzuleiten. Die Beiträge werden
getrennt in Rechnung gestellt. Als Spitzenverband der Deutschen Messewirtschaft
vertritt der AUMA die Interessen von Ausstellern, Besuchern
und Veranstaltern; er informiert und berät Messeinteressenten
aus dem In- und Ausland.
3.4 Abgrenzung der Standfläche/Standbegrenzungswände
Es ist eine bauliche Abgrenzung der Standfläche zu den Nachbarständen
vorgeschrieben. Falls Sie kein eigenes Standbausystem haben
oder kein Standbausystem über die LMS anmieten, sind blickdichte,
2,5 m hohe Standbegrenzungswände (Rück- und Seitenwände) zwingend
erforderlich. Die kostenpflichtigen Standbegrenzungswände sind
nicht in der Standflächenmiete enthalten. Diese werden obligatorisch
mit Ihrer Anmeldung für Sie bestellt, sofern Sie uns nicht durch Fotos
oder Skizzen nachweisen, dass Sie ein eigenes Standbausystem haben,
mit dem Sie an der Ausstellung teilnehmen, bzw. ein Standbausystem
über die LMS anmieten.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle fünf Laufmeter Trennwand eine Stützwand
gestellt werden muss.
Falls Sie keine Standbegrenzungswände bestellen, Ihre Standfläche jedoch
von unseren Standbegrenzungswänden des Standnachbarn bzw.
von vorhandenen Standbegrenzungswänden umgeben ist, so werden
deren Benutzungsmöglichkeiten zu den in den Formularen 1.9/1.10 der
Serviceunterlagen genannten Konditionen in Rechnung gestellt.
3.5 Fußbodenbeläge
Die vom Aussteller im Anmeldeformular bestellte bzw. von der LMS
bestätigte Bodenfläche wird von der LMS gekennzeichnet. Es ist vorgeschrieben,
diese Grundfläche mit einem Fußbodenbelag auszustatten.
Der kostenpflichtige Fußbodenbelag ist nicht in der Standflächenmiete
enthalten. Dieser wird obligatorisch mit Ihrer Anmeldung für Sie
bestellt, sofern Sie nicht in Ihrer Anmeldung angeben, mit einem eigenen/gemieteten
Bodenbelag (Brandschutzklasse DIN 4102 B1) an der
Ausstellung teilzunehmen.
3.6 Entsorgung
Der Aussteller ist für die Reinigung und Abfallentsorgung seines Messestandes
verantwortlich. Er ist verpflichtet und verantwortlich für die
sortenreine Trennung der anfallenden Abfälle nach Wert- und Reststoffen.
Am Abend eines jeden Auf- und Abbautages müssen sämtliche
Abfälle aus den Hallen entfernt werden, oder in den vorgeschriebenen
Behältnissen der Messe Stuttgart zur Entsorgung bereitgestellt sein,
die von unserem Servicepartner fachgerecht entsorgt werden.
If cancellation by the LMS was due to gross negligence or intent, or the
provisions of § 323, § 324 and § 326 of the German Federal Law Gazette
apply, no cancellation fees shall be invoiced.
All our prices (incl. stand rentals) are net. The statutory VAT indicated has
to be added and paid.
To avoid liabilities, especially for damages we strongly recommend
insurance cover for which an application form can be found in the
services catalogue (see also 5.4. of the General Exhibiting Conditions).
If no use is made of the offer to take out an exhibition insurance according
to order form 7.0 of the services catalogue, information on liability with
regard to risks of damage and the existing insurance cover is given in the
General Terms and Conditions of the respective service partners listed in
the services catalogue.
3.2 Co-exhibitors
A written application for registration of co-exhibitors (see 1.4 and 3 of
the General Exhibiting Conditions) must be sent to LMS, showing the full
name and address incl. name of a contact person.
A marketing and media flat rate of € 60.00 must be paid for approval and
inclusion of each co-exhibitor in the advertising/media systems. Details
see 6.
3.3 AUMA Contribution
The organiser shall be obliged to levy the AUMA contribution of € 0.60
per sq m of exhibition space (hall and outside) from its exhibitors and pass
it on to the Ausstellungs- und Messe-Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft
e.V. (AUMA). The contributions shall be invoiced separately. As
a leading organisation in the German trade fair and exhibition industry,
AUMA represents the interests of exhibitors, visitors and organisers; it
informs and advises prospective German and foreign exhibitors at trade
fairs and exhibitions.
3.4 Demarcation of stand space/Stand partition walls
Regulations stipulate the physical partitions of areas to adjacent stands. If
you do not have your own stand construction system and also do not rent
a stand construcion system through LMS, non-transparent stand partition
walls, 2.5 m high (rear and side walls) are compulsory. The costs for
stand partition walls are not include in the rent for the stand place. We
will automatically order them for you on receipt of your registration unless
you prove to us by either photos or sketches that you have your own
stand construction system which you will use for the event, or unless you
order a stand construction system from LMS.
Please note that a supporting wall is required for every 5 lin. metres of
stand partition wall.
If you do not order any stand partition walls, but your stand is either surrounded
by our stand partition walls used for the neighbouring stand or
by already existing stand partition walls, the use of these walls shall be invoiced
to you according to the conditions stipulated in the forms 1.9/1.10
of the services catalogue.
3.5 Floor covering
The stand area which the exhibitor ordered in the registration form respectively
which LMS confirmed will be marked by LMS. It is mandatory
to equip this area with floor covering. The stand area hire fee does not include
the cost of floor covering. We will automatically order floor covering
for you on receipt of your registration unless you indicate in the registration
form that you will use your own or hired floor covering (fire protection
classification DIN 4201 B1) during the event.
3.6 Waste disposal
The exhibitor shall be responsible for cleaning his stand and disposing
of waste during the stand construction and dismantling periods, and
through out the duration of the exhibition. He shall also be responsible for
separating waste into valuable and residual materials. On the evening of
any stand construction and dismantling day, all waste shall be removed
from the halls or placed in the prescribed containers of Messe Stuttgart
for disposal. This waste shall then be properly disposed by our service
partner.
