4 Besondere Teilnahmebedingungen der Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH (LMS) Special Exhibiting Conditions of Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH (LMS) außerhalb der Zugriffsweite von Messebesuchern, Ausstellen in Glasvitrinen, Ausstellen in speziellen Fächerständern, Sicherung mit Stahlseil oder Kette. 7. Andere Waffen und Gegenstände, die ohne Erlaubnis nur an Personen über 18 Jahren abgegeben werden dürfen, müssen vor dem unbefugten Zugriff Dritter gesichert werden. 8. Stände, in denen erlaubnispflichtige Gegenstände ausgestellt sind, müssen während der Öffnungszeiten, bis zur vollständigen Räumung der Hallen nach Ausstellungsende, sowie beim Auf- und Abbau ständig vom Inhaber der Erlaubnis nach § 21 WaffG oder dessen Vertreter beaufsichtigt werden. 9. Jeder Standinhaber ist verpflichtet, die auszustellenden Gegenstände durch die Messeleitung, das Überwachungspersonal und die Polizei auf die Einhaltung dieser Auflagen überprüfen zu lassen. Der Diebstahl oder das sonstige Abhandenkommen von Schusswaffen, Munition oder Hieb- und Stoßwaffen ist unverzüglich dem Polizeirevier Flughafen, Stuttgart-Airport-Office, 70629 Stuttgart, Tel. +49 (0)711 78780-0 zu melden. Handel an den Auf- oder Abbautagen auf dem Messegelände ist untersagt. 10. Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der rechtlichen Bestimmungen und der Auflagen ist der Inhaber der Erlaubnis nach § 21 WaffG oder, sofern eine solche nicht vorhanden ist, der Inhaber des Standes und im Falle seiner Abwesenheit dessen Vertreter. 11. Bei Verstößen gegen rechtliche Bestimmungen oder Auflagen muss die Messeleitung von ihrem Hausrecht Gebrauch machen und den Aussteller bzw. Besucher von der weiteren Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung ausschließen. Mit der Unterzeichnung der Anmeldung anerkennt der Aussteller, dass bei Zuwiderhandlung sein Stand vom Veranstalter unbeschadet polizeilicher Maßnahmen und unter Ausschluss jeglicher Regressansprüche geschlossen wird. Das Merkblatt der Polizeidirektion Esslingen (Staatsschutz), welches mit der Servicemappe zugeschickt wird, ist zu beachten! 12. Die Bestimmungen des Waffen- und Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetzes sind unbedingt einzuhalten. Der Aussteller verpflichtet sich zur strikten Beachtung des § 86a StGB, wonach u. a. Ausstellen, Tausch und Handel solcher Gegenstände verboten sind, die Kennzeichen ehemaliger nationalsozialistischer Organisationen aufweisen bzw. mit diesen versehen sind. Bei Verstößen gegen die Bestimmungen des § 86a StGB und gegen die Bestimmungen des Waffen- und Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetzes hat die Messeleitung das Recht, den Stand des Ausstellers umgehend zu schließen und abzubauen. Jegliche Schadenersatzansprüche sind ausgeschlossen. Der Handel mit Fälschungen oder Nachprägungen ist verboten. display cabinets or other special cabinets or items are secured with steel ropes or chains. 7. Other weapons and articles which may only be given to persons over 18 years of age without a license shall be safeguarded and protected in such a way that they cannot be removed by unauthorized third parties. 8. Stands exhibiting articles requiring a license shall be supervised continually by the holder of the license in accordance with § 21 of the WaffG or his representative during the time in which the exhibition is open, when setting up and dismantling the stand and, once the exhibition has ended, until the complete clearance of the halls. 9. Every stand holder untertakes to allow the exhibition management or the security staff to check that the items exhibited observe these conditions. Theft, pilferage and non-delivery of firearms, ammunition, cutting or thrust weapons must be immediately reported to the police station at the airport (Stuttgart Airport Office), 70629 Stuttgart, tel. +49 (0)711 78780-0. Trading during stand assembly or dismantling times at the trade fairgrounds is not permitted. 10. The holder of the license in accordance with § 21 of the WaffG or, if such a person is not present, the holder of the stand and, should he be absent, his representative, shall be responsible for observing the legal pr visions and these conditions. 11. In the event of breaches of legal regulations or conditions, the exhibition management shall have no option but to exercise its domiciliary right and exclude the exhibitor or visitor from further participation in the event. When signing the application form, the exhibitor acknowledges that, in the event of breaches of these regulations, his stand will be closed by the organizers, not with standing police action and, in such cases, the exhibitor shall have no claim to the payment of damages. Please note the enclosed information sheet of the Police Authority Esslingen (State Security) which will be sent to the exhibitor together with the services catalogue. 12. The regulations of the German Weapons Law and the War Weapons Control Law shall be strictly observed. The exhibitor undertakes to strictly observe the regulations of §86a StGB (German Penal Code), in accordance with which, amongst other things, exhibiting, exchanging and trading items identified with the marks and insignias of former National Socialist organizations or provided with such marks are forbidden. In case of violations of the regulations of §86a StGB and of the German Weapons Law and the War Weapons Control Law the trade fair management has the right to close and dismantle the exhibition stand immediately. Any compensation claims are excluded. Trading in forgeries and counterfeit items is forbidden. 3. MIETPREISE / STANDABGRENZUNG / ENTSORGUNG 3.1 IWB: Die zur Standabgrenzung erforderlichen Trennwände sind kostenpflichtig (vgl. 3.4). Die Mindestgröße einer Standfläche beträgt 9 m 2 . Die Mindeststandtiefe beträgt 3 m. Kleinere Flächen werden nur vermietet, wenn sich solche bei der Aufplanung ergeben. Die Mindestgröße für die Zuteilung eines Eckstandes beträgt 15 m 2 (5 x 3 m). Die Endabrechnung der Miete erfolgt aufgrund der Vermessung durch die Messeleitung. Jeder angefangene Quadratmeter wird voll, die Bodenfläche grundsätzlich als Rechteck ohne Berücksichtigung von Einbauten, kleinen Abweichungen und dergleichen berechnet. Bitte beachten Sie die für Basis- und Komplettpakete für Standbau/ Serviceleistungen geltenden Stornogebühren: • Bis 4 Wochen vor Aufbaubeginn gemäß 2.4 fallen keine Stornogebühren auf Standbau-/Serviceleistungen an. • Bei mehr als 1 Woche und weniger als 4 Wochen vor Aufbaubeginn gemäß 2.4 50 % Stornogebühren auf Standbau-/Serviceleistungen. • weniger als 1 Woche vor Aufbaubeginn gemäß 2.4 100 % Stornogebühren auf Standbau/ Serviceleistungen. • In jedem der drei vorgenannten Fälle bleibt dem Aussteller jedoch der Nachweis vorbehalten, dass der LMS kein oder ein geringerer Schaden entstanden ist. C General rules for rental A further 50 % of the floor area upon which stands have been constructed shall be charged in addition to the stand rental for the floor area in the case of double-storey trade fair stands. Stands must have a minium size of 9 sqm. The minimum stand depth is 3 m. Smaller stand sizes are only rented if they result from the planning and allocation works. The minimum size for the allocation of a corner stand is 15 m²(5 x 3 metres). The final settlement of account for the stand rent will be calculated based on the measurement carried out by the trade fair management. Each fraction of a square metre of floor space will be rounded off and counted as a full square metre. Floor surfaces will always be regarded as being rectangular, regardless of fixtures and minor deviations etc. Please note the cancellation fees which apply to basic and complete packages for stand construction services/other services: • Up to 4 weeks before the start of stand construction according to 2.4 no cancellation fee for stand construction services/other services will be levied. • More than 1 week and less than 4 weeks before the start of stand construction according to 2.4 50 % cancellation fee for stand construction services/other services. • Less than 1 week before start of stand construction according to 2.4 100 % cancellation fee for stand construction services/other services. • In each of the 3 above-mentioned cases, however, the exhibitor shall be entitled to produce evidence to the effect that LMS did not incur any losses or only negligent losses. Please refer to 4 of the General Exhibiting Conditions regarding cancellation of the stand area hire charges.
