Mieterbefragung 2012 – Sagen Sie uns Ihre Meinung!
Liebe Mieterinnen, liebe Mieter,
wir arbeiten s tändig daran, unsere Wohnungen, das
Wohnumfeld und unsere Dienstleistungen zu verbessern. Ihre
Meinung ist uns wichtig, denn wir möchten wissen, womit Sie
zufrieden sind, aber auch, wo es Schwachstellen gibt. Daher
werden wir in unserem Wohnungsbestand eine Mieterbefragung
durchführen.
Die Befragung wird noch vor den Sommerferien im Zeitraum
Ende Mai/Anfang Juni 2012 stattfi nden. Wir haben das
Hamburger Institut F+B Forschung und B eratung für Wohnen,
Immobilien und Umwelt GmbH mit der Dur chführung einer
repräsentativen Befragung beauftragt. Es sucht per Zufallsgenerator
aus unserem Bestand 1.500 Haushalte aus. Diese
Haushalte werden dann Anfang Juni 2012 per Anschreiben von
uns informiert, dass sie für diese Befragung ausgewählt wurden.
Die Erhebung erfolgt in Form eines Telefoninterviews und
dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Dabei haben Sie Gelegenheit, Ihre
Einschätzungen über Ihre Wohnung, das Wohngebäude, die
Umgebung, unsere Mitarbeiter und unseren Service abzugeben.
Die Teilnahme ist selbstverständlich freiwillig. Alle Informationen,
die Sie uns geben, wer den streng vertraulich behandelt und
unterliegen den Datenschutzbestimmungen.
Bitte Staatliche beachten Hochschule Sie: Die Auswahl der Teilnehmer ist zufällig.
