“We all had different stories to tell as to the motives when choosing the career, the key stages of teacher training,
internal school organization and curriculum. Moreover, many of the participants had non-German roots, which also defined
and affected their motivation and way of seeing the system as a whole.
In that sense, while studying diversity in U.S. education,
I discovered it within Germany.”

Viele der ehemaligen Teilnehmer der Diversity Initiative haben sich bei der Konferenz „Chancen durch Vielfalt“ wieder getroffen.
