The position of the slide switch marked VRBL / LINE determines<br />
whether the output’s level is fixed or variable (see below).<br />

DIGITAL OUT<br />
The slide switch determines whether the output level of the analogue<br />
outputs (ANALOG OUT) is fixed (‘LINE’ setting), or variable (‘VRBL’<br />
setting) using the DAC 8’s volume buttons.<br />
Digital Out At this socket is the signal from the chosen source available. It can be<br />
transmitted to e.g. a surround decoder or another DAC for e.g. multi<br />
room operation.<br />
