Die Montage von Elektrokomponenten
darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal
durchgeführt werden!
Vor den Arbeiten am Strahler diesen
unbedingt vom Netz trennen!
Sicherheitsabstand zu brennbaren Objekten
einhalten!
Vor allen Arbeiten am Strahler (Montage,
Wechsel des Leuchtmittels, Wechsel der
Inserts, Ausrichtung des Strahlerkopfs,
usf.), Strahler immer ausschalten und
mindestens 30 Minuten abkühlen lassen.
Achtung: Die LED darf nicht berührt
oder verschmutzt werden! Dies kann zur
Beschädigung der LED führen.
Vorsicht, Verbrennungsgefahr!
Niemals den heißen Strahler/Strahlerkopf
(head) berühren!
Reparaturarbeiten dürfen nur von autorisiertem
Fachpersonal oder dem Hersteller
durchgeführt werden.

Montagemöglichkeit
LED-Treiber
Der Più alto LED-Strahler wird direkt
auf eine Hohlraum- oder Einputzdose
montiert.
Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über einen
externen LED-Treiber.

Aufbaudose montieren
Grundplatte mit Aufbaudose auf der
Rückseite des Strahlers aufklappen.
Druckknopf eindrücken und Aufbaudose
von der Grundplatte abnehmen.

Wechsel Montage

Spot montieren
Im Auslieferungszustand ist das LED-
Leuchtmittel bereits im head installiert.
Die Oberfläche der LED (gelbe Fläche)
nicht berühren!
Um Fingerabdrücke zu vermeiden, Handschuhe
tragen.
Schwarzen Riegel zwischen den Kühlrippen
nach außen schieben und festhalten.
Spot-Linse in die Mulde einlegen.

Schwarzen Knebel loslassen.
Die Spot-Linse wird durch den Federmechanismus
arretiert.
Festen Halt der Spot-Linse prüfen.
Wechsel Montage

Spot montieren
Occhio-Tool (beiliegend) mit dem
schmalen Ende in die Nut des Auslösestifts
einführen.
Occhio-Tool so weit drehen bis der Auslösestift
nach oben springt.
Linse/opt. Farbfilter mit dem Rand in
beide Federn einfügen und gegen die
Federn drücken.
Wird eine Kombination aus zwei Glaseinsätzen
verwendet, liegt das satinierte
Glas innen.

Spot montieren
In dieser Position den Rand der Linse/
opt. Farbfilter in die Kerbe des Auslösestifts
klemmen.
Auslösestift bündig eindrücken. Er rastet
in Endposition ein.
Der head ist nun zum Einlegen in den
tube komplett vorbereitet.
Weitere Installation:

Wechsel Montage

Glaseinsätze/Linse montieren
Im Auslieferungszustand ist das LED-
Leuchtmittel bereits im head installiert.
Die Oberfläche der LED (gelbe Fläche)
nicht berühren!
Occhio-Tool (beiliegend) mit dem
schmalen Ende in die Nut des Auslösestifts
einführen.
Occhio-Tool so weit drehen bis der Auslösestift
nach oben springt.
Glaseinsatz/Glaseinsätze/Linse mit dem
Rand in beide Federn einfügen und gegen
die Federn drücken.
Wird eine Kombination aus zwei Glaseinsätzen
verwendet, liegt das satinierte
Glas innen.

Glaseinsätze/Linse montieren
In dieser Position den Rand des Glaseinsatzes/der
Glaseinsätze/der Linse in
die Kerbe des Auslösestifts klemmen.
Auslösestift bündig eindrücken. Er rastet
in Endposition ein.
Der Strahlerkopf ist nun komplett vorbereitet.

Vor der Montage alle stromführenden
Leitungen vom Stromnetz trennen!
Più LED Strahler werden mit Standard
700 mA LED Stromquellen (Treiber)
betrieben. Die Stromquelle muss eine
Betriebsspannung von mind. 20V DC
aufweisen (typischerweise 12-24V oder
18-24V oder 18-36V).
Jeder Occhio Più LED Strahler ist an
einem eigenen Treiber zu betreiben
(Polung beachten!). Die Strahler dürfen
nicht in Serie und nicht parallel geschaltet
werden.
Kabelenden des Leuchtenkabels nach
Schema an den LED Treiber anschließen.
Polung beachten!
Schwarzes Kabel = Pluspol
Falsche Polung kann LED beschädigen!
Länge mitgeliefertes Leuchtenkabel: 0,5m
Maximale Länge Leuchtenkabel: 10m

Occhio Più Leuchten sind dimmbar.
Die Dimmbarkeit hängt ausschließlich
vom verwendeten LED-Treiber
ab. Standard-LED-Treiber sind nicht
dimmbar!
Die von uns angebotenen Osram
LED-Treiber erlauben eine stufenlose
Dimmung über 1-10V Technik und über
ein Potentiometer.
Stecker vom mitgelieferten Leuchtenkabel
abziehen.
Wechsel Montage

Elektrifizierung
Kabel des Strahlers nach Schema an
den Stecker anschließen.
Buchse des Anschlusskabels vom LED-
Treiber mit dem Stecker des Strahlers
verbinden.

Strahler anbringen
Befestigungsplatte auf der Rückseite des
Strahlers aufklappen.
Klemme in den Innenraum der Dose
zurückschieben.
Druckknopf der Befestigungsplatte
eindrücken, mittig auf die Aufbaudose
setzen und einrasten.
Druckknopf loslassen.
Festen Halt des Strahlers prüfen!

Strahler vor Berührung immer abkühlen
lassen!
Der Più alto Strahler ist rundum 360°
drehbar und im Winkel bis 45° ausrichtbar.
Zurückgeklappt, wird der Strahler magnetisch
fixiert und ist so als reines Downlight
einsetzbar.

Safety precautions

The assembly and installation of electrical
components must be carried out only by
qualified personnel.
The spotlight must be disconnected from
the mains before any work is carried out
on it.
Maintain the minimum safety distance
from flammable materials.
Before working on the spotlight (fitting it,
changing the bulb or inserts, aligning the
spotlight head, etc.), always switch it off
and let it cool for at least 30 minutes.
Note: The LED must not be touched or
become dirty. This can result in damage
to the LED.
Caution, risk of burns.
Never touch the spotlight or head
while it is hot.
Repairs must be carried out only by
authorised, qualified personnel or the
manufacturer.

Mounting option
LED driver
The Più alto LED spotlight is mounted
directly on a plastering or built-in box.
Power is supplied by an external LED
driver.

Mounting the spacing box
Fold out the base plate with spacing box
on the rear of the spotlight.
Depress the push-button and remove the
spacing box from the base plate.

Screw the spacing box directly to the
plastering/built-in box.

Fitting the spot
When delivered, the LED bulb is already
installed in the head.
Do not touch the surface of the LED
(yellow surface).
Wear gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.
Push the black catch located between
the cooling fins outwards and hold.
Place the spot lens in the recess.

Fitting the spot
Release the black toggle.
The spot lens is locked in place by a
spring mechanism.
Check that the spot lens is held firmly in
place.
Changing Fitting

Fitting the spot
Insert the narrow end of the Occhio
tool (supplied) into the groove of the
release pin.
Turn the Occhio tool until the release pin
pops up.
Insert the edge of the lens/opt. colour filter
into the two springs and press against
the springs.
If a combination of two glass inserts is
used, the frosted glass is fitted on the
inside.

Fitting the spot
Holding it in this position, clip the edge
of the lens/opt. colour filter into the
notch on the release pin.
Press the release pin in until it is flush.
It clicks into its end position.
The head is now fully prepared and
ready to insert into the tube.
Proceed to:
Fitting – Electrification (see p. 46).

When delivered, the LED bulb is already

lines from the mains supply.
Più LED spotlights are powered by
standard 700 mA LED power sources
(drivers). The power source must have a
minimum operating voltage of 20 V DC
(typically 12-24 V or 18-24 V or 18-36 V).
Every Occhio Più LED spotlight is to be
operated on its own driver (correct polarity
must be observed). The spotlight must
not be set up in series or in parallel.
Connect the ends of the cables for the
lamp cable to the LED driver as shown in
the diagram.
Correct polarity must be observed.
Black cable = positive terminal
Incorrect polarity can damage the LED.
Length of the supplied lamp cable: 0.5 m
Maximum length of lamp cable: 10 m

Occhio Più lamps are dimmable. The
dimming function solely depends on
the type of LED driver used. Standard
LED drivers are not dimmable.
The Osram LED drivers we offer enable
an infinite dimming function via 1-10 V
technology and a potentiometer.
Remove the plug from the lamp cable
supplied.

Connect the spotlight cable to the connector
as shown in the wiring diagram.
Connect the connecting cable terminal
block from the LED driver to the spotlight
connector.

Fitting the spotlight
Fold out the mounting plate on the rear of
the spotlight.
Insert the terminal into the interior of the
box.
Depress the push-button in the mounting
plate, position it centrally over the spacing
box and engage in place.
Release the push-button.
Check the spotlight to ensure it is fastened
securely.

Always let the spotlight cool before
touching it.
The Più alto spotlight can be rotated
through 360° and adjusted to an angle of
up to 45°.
When it is folded back the spotlight is
magnetically secured and can be used
purely as a downlighter.

Care instructions
To clean both the metal and the glass
parts of the lamp, we recommend using a
glass cleaner.
Always allow the lamp to cool down
before cleaning.
