Please find the optimal cooking modes on the inner<br />

glass surface of the oven door<br />

The depicted food types are purely indicative and<br />

show the kind of food you can cook by means of<br />

that function. To discover the tremendous variability<br />

of the oven capacities, don’t hesitate to experiment<br />

with all the cooking modes on the basis of your own<br />

cooking experience.<br />

Baking<br />

• It is advisable to bake pastry and cakes on<br />

the authorized baking trays which are<br />

provided as oven equipment.<br />

• You can also use unauthorized baking<br />

dishes and trays which should be placed on<br />

the wire shelves. In this case, baking dishes<br />

made of black plate or golden plated metal<br />

are recommended. The above mentioned<br />

baking cups and dishes have a better heat<br />

conductivity which results in reduced baking<br />

time and energy saving.<br />

• Bake pastry and cakes in a pre-heated<br />

oven.<br />

• The oven is to be thoroughly pre-heated, if<br />

you bake heavy cakes which have a big<br />

mass and rise weakly. For cakes that rise<br />

quickly, use a slightly pre-heated oven.<br />

• After you have switched off the oven, check<br />

the cake quality with a wooden rod. (If the<br />

cake is well-baked, the rod remains dry and<br />

clean).<br />

• After the oven has been switched off, let the<br />

cake in for 5 minutes.
