2. German frontier control and Customs officers shall have the right to perform<br />
specified official acts in accordance with the terms of section 3 with respect to the same<br />
road.<br />
Course of the frontier<br />

From eastern boundary-stone 589, the new frontier shall run along the eastern side of<br />
the road to boundary-stone 595.<br />
Special provisions<br />
Employees of the German Forestry Administration and other interested persons shall<br />
have a right of passage in accordance with the terms of section 2 with respect to the road<br />
between boundary-stones 589 and 595 for the purposes of all activities connected with the<br />
wood situated to the east of that road. Persons exercising the right of passage must carry<br />
an official document bearing a photograph for identification purposes.<br />
Course of the frontier<br />

Wyler/Beek<br />
From boundary-stone 626 to boundary-stone 626' M , the frontier shall follow the old<br />
frontier. From that point, the new frontier shall run in a straight line to boundarystone<br />
628. From that point, the frontier shall follow the old frontier to a sunken road<br />
approximately 100 m north-west of boundary-stone 629 bis. From that point, the new<br />
frontier shall follow the north-western side of the sunken road in a north-easterly direction<br />
to the corner of the wood. From that point, it shall follow the edge of the wood via five<br />
bends to a salient corner of the wood approximately 400 m north-west of the corner of the<br />
wood beside the sunken road, proceeding thence in a straight line along the north-western<br />
side of a track to the point where the track emerges into the road from Vogelsang to the<br />
old rifle-range. From that point, it shall follow the edge of the wood first in a southeasterly,<br />
then in a north-easterly and then again in a south-easterly direction, continuing<br />
along a prolongation of the last-mentioned edge of the wood through a salient protion of<br />
the wood to a track. From that point, it shall again follow the edge of the wood in a<br />
north-easterly, then in a south-easterly, and then again in a north-easterly direction to the<br />
wooded slope above the Wylermeer, approximately 250 m north-west of Vogelsang farmstead.<br />
Crossing that slope in a north-easterly direction, it shall extend into theWylermeer,<br />
and shall then run along the centre of the Wylermeer to the south-eastern foot of the<br />
cross-dike. From that point, it shall follow the foot of the dike in a north-easterly direction<br />
to the opening in the dike, shall run around the end of the dike in a north-westerly<br />
direction, and shall then cross the Wylermeer and continue in a straight line along the<br />
north-western side of the cross-dike to the old frontier between boundary-stones 642<br />
and 643.<br />
