Manufacture
All the precision instruments manufactured by us for dental
medicine have one thing in common: in a multi-step
production process, each individual instrument is exactly
ground from a blank, sharpened and polished with the help
of most modern production technologies and repeatedly
subjected to extremely strict quality controls during the entire
manufacture. This is the only way for us to do justice to our
own high quality demands and those of the profession.
As a last touch, our instruments are finished by the skillful
hands and eyes of experienced technicians.
Herstellung
Alle von uns hergestellten zahnmedizinischen Präzisionsinstrumente
haben eines gemeinsam: In einem mehrstufigen
Produktionsprozess wird mit Hilfe modernster Fertigungstechnologien
jedes einzelne Instrument vom Rohling an
exakt geschliffen, geschärft, poliert und während der
gesamten Fertigung immer wieder strengsten
Qualitätskontrollen unterzogen. Nur so können wir unseren
eigenen hohen Qualitätsansprüchen gerecht werden.
Den letzten Schliff erhalten unsere Instrumente nach wie vor
in zuverlässiger Handarbeit.
Zur Herstellung unserer Produkte verwenden wir einen

even after longer periods of use. A special, patented
manufacturing process with a three stage hardening
process, guarantees a long service life and a constant
quality of the instruments used.
