Air removal has long been recognized as being critical to achieving sterilization.
EN 13060 recognizes that STATIM's S cycle effectively removes air
to provide proven sterilization of dental rotary and solid instruments.
But, unlike most B cycle autoclaves, STATIM takes just a little
over 8 minutes*, for a complete sterilization cycle. This fast
sterilization means gentle processing of expensive handpieces.
STATIM’s unique delivery of sterilization through fractionated
pressure pulse displacement is validated by 3rd party biological
testing, including test on many of the most commonly used
dental handpieces.
Now you can provide daily validation of STATIM’s Hollow
Wrapped cycle with a specifically designed STATIM Helix
(PCD) test device.
This SciCan engineered helix device makes STATIM the only
S-class autoclave that can prove its effectiveness under EN
13060 requirements by both biological and mechanical
