9. Proposal on the Appropriation of Net Loss
Considering the break-even result, the Management
Board is proposing to carry forward the accumulated
net loss of €3,817,903.41.
10. Other Financial Commitments
The Bank’s investment in Liquiditäts-Konsortialbank
GmbH, Frankfurt/Main, amounting to a nominal
€20,000.00 is linked to an additional funding obligation
of up to 500%. In addition, there is a pro-

portional contingent liability for additional funding
obligations of other financial institutions affiliated
with Bankenfachverband e. V., Bonn.
Furthermore, there are rental and maintenance ag-
reements for office space as well as office furniture
and equipment with varying terms or periods of notice.
In the 2008 year, associated expenses amounted
to K€ 284. Comparable expenses will be incurred in
2009.
