With the user module DVI-CON-MC4, you can expand a DVICenter system with an
additional console with up to four monitors (multi-head).
When using the console to access a target module DVI-CON-MC4 connected to a
multi-head computer, the monitors display the separate images of the graphics
cards.
When accessing a target module with one graphics input only, only the first monitor
displays an image.
NOTE: Connecting a multi-head computer with four video outputs requires four
DVI-CPU target modules or two target modules of the DVI-CPU-MC2 series.
Group the target modules of the multi-head computer in the web application to
create a multichannel configuration. The chapter Expansion through port grouping in
the web application manual provides more information on this topic.
