7. Zusammenfassung:
Auf die Ausschaltung des Ganglion stellatum und des lumbalen
Grenzstranges am Pferd wird anhand des Schrifttums eingegangen und die
Entwicklung der Sympathikusblockade ausgehend von der Sympathektomie
beschrieben.
Anatomische Grundlagen sowie die Physiologie des Sympathikus werden als
Voraussetzung einer erfolgreichen Blockade eingefügt und die derzeit
optimale Technik der Ganglion-stellatum- und lumbalen
Grenzstrangblockade wird dargelegt.
Auf der Grundlage der Untersuchungen konnten Indikationen ermittelt
werden, bei denen die Anwendung der Blockade gute Heilerfolge
versprechen.
Es wird auf die zu verwendenden Lokalanästhetika mit ihren
unterschiedlichen Wirkungen eingegangen und Schlußfolgerungen auf die
Sympathikusblockade werden gezogen.
Eine breitere Anwendung sowie eine weitere Entwicklung in Bezug auf
Indikationen und zu verwendenden Lokalanästhetika wird empfohlen.
8. Summary:
Indication and success rates of the ganglion stellatum block and of the
block of the sympathetic nerve trunk of horses
The elimination of the ganglion stellatum and of the lumbar sympathic trunk
of horses is dealt with in literature, and the development of the blockade
sympathic nerve is described subsequent to sympathectomy.
Anatomic conditions and the physiology of the sympathetic nerve are
treated as prerequisite to a successful blockade, and the present optimum
technique of the blockades of the ganglion stellatum and lumbar
sympathetic trunk is described. On the basis of examinations, indications
were found whereby the use of blockade promises success in healing. The
local anaesthetics to be used with their different effects are discussed and
conclusions on the blockade of the sympathetic nerve are drawn. A broader
application as well as further development with relation to indication and
the local anaesthetics to be used is recommended.
